The author, Kimberly Victoria T. Alcoy was born on February 25, 1997. She is the
youngest daughter among five children of Mr. Richard A. Alcoy and Mrs. Merceditas V.
Tejada and currently residing at Queens Row Central, City of Bacoor, Cavite.
She is a graduate of Queens Row Elementary School for her primary education in
March 2009. She finished her secondary education at Eastern Bacoor National High
School in April 2013.

like to give her warmest appreciation and thanks for their patience, motivation, guidance
in all the time of work and giving the author a portion of their knowledge and experience.
To Mr. Albert Andrew J. Constantino, the Operation Manager, thank you for
accommodating the author in his company, imparting moral values and letting the author
have a very rewarding experience.
To her seniors who are also employees of the company for teaching everything
they have got for the author to cope up well in the field and for sharing their experiences,
stories and in such a way aided in completing the training.
To Mr. Joshua A. Guevarra, the Practicum Adviser, for his utmost patience in
teaching and guiding the author, especially when the author needed directions in order to
accomplish the report.
To Prof. Ronan M. Cajigal, the Practicum Coordinator, for the time effort on
validation, signing the letters needed by the trainee to start the practicum.
