Sub: Request for Quotation Acquisition of Furniture for Basic Health Unit
The MASEEHA requests your price quotation for the items specified as per detailed BOQs
and drawings, attached to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before 21st June 2015 (1100 hours).
Your quotation must be valid for at least 90 days. Your quotation will be reviewed by
MASEEHA in accordance with its financial rules and regulations.
Financial rules and regulations of the MASEEHA preclude advance payments or payments by
letter of credit. Such provisions in a quotation will be prejudicial to its evaluation by the
MASEEHA. The normal payment terms of the MASEEHA is net 30 days (or similar discounted
payment terms if offered by your company) upon satisfactory delivery of merchandise and
acceptance thereof by MASEEHA. You must therefore clearly specify in your quotation if our
payment term is acceptable. Please mentioned taxes separately if applicable inclusive or
exclusive.

Samples of all the materials should be provided for inspection of Maseeha quality control
engineer by the successful bidders(s). All bidders should keep a sample kit of the required

items ready for inspection. They should be able to provide such a kit with a 24 hours
notice. Sample kit is not required with the bid.
The Materials ordered could be physical inspected before the deliver by a Maseeha
quality control engineer.
Incoterms 2010 DAP (Delivered at Place) Gadap Town, UC4, Karachi, Pakistan with
installation and commencement.
The defective material/goods (at the quality control engineer judgment) will be rejected.
The successful bidder has the obligation to replace rejected materials with the required
quality at his/her expense.
Final quantities can increase or decrease by 15-25%.
Delivery of goods/materials ordered is to be Completed in all respects within 2-3 weeks
Maseeha reserves the right to split the order to any number of vendors in any
combination and the vendor must be willing to accept such an arrangement.
Quote references for similar supplies and services (if any) you have made in the recent
past to other organizations with name, address/tell/fax/email of organization.
The contractor must submit work plan along with the biffing documents
Evaluation criteria:
1. Lowest price technical compliant bidder(s)
2. Quality of the materials
3. Willingness to provide Performance Security Board (equivalent to 10% of the
total amount of the Purchase Order).
Maseeha, being a non-profit organization is exempt from all duties and taxes. Your offer
should there take this into consideration, and detail any duties and tax etc. while
submitting bid.
