Assignment #2
This is an individual assignment worth 10% of the course mark.
* Please see the Assignments area within the class Blackboard for submission
information, marking rubric and other details related to this assignment.
Requirements as follows:
Go to CRM e-Weekly http://www.destinationcrm.com/Newsletters/ and
subscribe (if you have not already done so) and gain access to CRM e-Weekly's
current and prior editions.
For your submission:
1) Find an article you find interesting or topical. The article can be current,
or from a past edition of CRM eWeekly (see their extensive available log
of past articles).
2) Use Class Mail to notify your instructor of the name and date of our
chosen CRM eWeekly article.
NOTE: If the article you have chosen is being used by other students,
your instructor may not provide approval to proceed. It is strongly
suggested that you nominate your article early.
3) Review the article and consider it with respect to the following does
the article put forth a view which does one or more of the following:
a. Supports or disagrees with an approach that has been discussed
in our course?
b. Goes into much further depth on a subject we have covered in our
course?
c. Presents or discusses an interesting, useful aspect of CRM that
was not covered in our course and discussions.
Discuss which of the above apply, and if you agree, disagree or can
suggest other related conclusions stimulated by the article.
Be very sure to specifically support your opinions and arguments. Fully
explain and ensure you provide clear, referenced support for your
position and conclusions. APPLY CRITICAL THINKING PROCESSES AS
DISCUSSED IN OUR CLASS AND AS OUTLINED IN THE POSTED CRITICAL
THINKING DOCUMENT.
Your submission MUST consist of a maximum of three pages max or less! of
content, plus a title page and a references page.

Use Arial font, size 11, double spaced with Normal 1 margins.
On the title page, include a catchy title or introduction line that provides
context and stimulates interest in your position.

At the beginning of your report, include a LINK to the article you have
chosen
Ensure you properly and fully reference all sources and quotes.

Each sentence in your report should have a purpose. Rambling or excess


words, sentences or paragraphs that do not clearly contribute to your analysis
or conclusions will detract from your mark.

Fully spell-check, grammar-check and proof-read your report before


you submit.
