System can send emails and / or SMS to parents to convey important
communication e.g. their children performance, attendance, collage news,
events, payment reminder etc.

Certificates and Documents Management

Students and employees can upload various documents e.g. passport, pan card,

System can generate and /or email certain documents / certificate at the time o
admission and graduation. The list of documents can be configured for the

Create and manage infrastructure details for building, floors, rooms, phones, desks

MySQL is powerful backend database capable to grow up to large scale to accomplice
the future requirements too. Client side interface is Web browser like Microsoft Internet
Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox etc. used from any os like Window, Linux, Mac os or
even smart phone.
Multi user capable this software can configure to access boundary less geography. OS
platform is Centos Linux which is most secured, virus free and robust, scalable and free
to use license.
