Title : Formal Education

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb.
Firstly, I would like to say thank you very much for the MC and juries who have given me
opportunity to deliver this English speech.
Ladies and Gentlemen;
It is a great honor for me to stand here and give a brief speech entitled Formal Education
in Indonesia
Brothers and Sisters;
Education system in our country is divided into two major parts, they are formal and
non-formal. A formal education is divided into three levels: primary, secondary and
tertiary education. While non-formal education is carried out for the learners who get
difficulties to meet the requirements in formal education. An example of non-formal
education is PLS (Pendidikan Luar Sekolah). Both formal and non-formal education aim
at establishing the education process in our country.
Ladies and Gentlemen;
As I have stated previously, formal education involves three levels: primary, secondary
and tertiary education. Before entering primary or elementary school, children in our
country usually have attended kindergarten, or known as Taman Kanak-kanak. But this
education is not compulsory for Indonesian citizens, as the aim of this is just to prepare
them for primary school.
Children ages 712 attend primary education at Elementary School or Sekolah Dasar.
This level of education is compulsory for all Indonesian citizens. Similar to education
systems in the U.S. and Australia, students must study for six years to complete this level.
Some schools offer an accelerated learning program, where students who perform well
can finish elementary school in five years.
The next level is secondary education. After graduating from elementary school, students
attend Middle School or Junior High School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) for three years
from the age of 13-15. After three years of schooling and graduation, students may move
on to Senior High School. In Indonesia, this school is basically divided into two kinds:
SMA (Sekolah Menengah Atas) and SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan). SMA is
different with SMK in their studies. The students at SMA are prepared to advance to
tertiary education or university, while students of SMK as a vocational school are
prepared to be ready to work after finishing their school without going to
university/college.
The last level of education in our country is tertiary education. Students who have
graduated from senior high school may attend to university or academy. They can choose
any kinds of university or academy based on their interests or scopes of knowledge, for
example majoring in English, Mathematics, or teacher training university.

staffs of SMA Negeri 01 Tanjung and all my friends from tenth until twelfth grade.
Before I begin to give a speech, I would like to invite you all to thank Allah the Almighty,
Who has given us Mercy and Blessing, so we can meet together in this blessing place. And
also lets deliver sholawat and salam to our prophet Muhammad SAW, Who has brought us
from the darkness to the brightness, so we are always in the right path.
Ladies and gentlemen
It be a great honor for me, to stand right here in front of you all to give a speech about
education under the title "Education in Indonesia" in this National Education Day or
HARDIKNAS.
Indonesian is a great country. It has so many natural resources that can be used. It has so
many beautiful palaces that can mesmerize people. It is so beautiful to live here peacefully
with different cultures, languages, and religions. However, why are there still many people
who live under poverty in this country? The only answer to this question is because our
human resources are still low in the term of education.
If you have ever heard about the news about our international education rank, you would be
surprised. As quoted form Education for All (EFA) Global Monitoring Report 2011 which is
published by UNESCO and launched in New York on Sunday, 1/3/2011, our international
education rank is at 69th place from 129 surveyed countries all over the world. This rank is
lower than in 2010.
It opens a question that runs in my head, what happen with our education? Indonesia is a
great country with many talented young generations. It was undoubted again that there are so
many Indonesian students who win the international education Olympiads such as
mathematics, chemical, physics and other. But why our international education rank is still
low. So what happen with with our education?
Ladies and gentlemen
There must be a reason why our human resources and our global rank in education are still
low. One of the reasons is that our education is expensive. For middle up to high class people
the cost of our education is nothing. But for those who live in lower economic class, the cost

of our education is beyond their reach. Many of them even abandon their duty to go to school
just because they have to work to fulfill their needs.
Our government has made a policy recently to overcome the problem in our education. The
policy is increasing national educational budget up to 20% from APBN. This budget later on
is used to make education is reachable for low economic level society; to improve teachers
quality with a program which well known as sertifikasi; and to provide school facilities
such as library, classroom, laboratory, and sport hall.
Ladies and gentlemen
We hope the policy that the government made will make our educational quality better. Of
course as a student, we dont just sit down and relax without doing something. Good or bad
the quality of education of our country also depend us. If we want to change our bad
educational paradigm, lets begin with improving our achievement with studying hard for the
sake of our education.
I hope this speech that I deliver today will be useful for you all. Thank you so much for your

Sebelum saya menyampaikan sebuah pidato, saya ingin mengjaka kalian untuk bersyukur
kehadiarat Allah yang maha kuasa, yang telah memberi kita rahmat dan hidayah, sehingga
kita bisa bertemu bersama di tempat yang di berkati ini. Dan juga mari kita samaikan
sholawat dan salam kepada nabi kita Muhammad SAW, yang telah membawa kita dari
kegelapan ke ke jaman terang benerang, sehingga kita selalu berada di jalan yang benar.
Hadirin yang terhormat
Menjadi kehormatan tersendiri bagi saya, untuk berdiri di sini di depan anda sekalian untuk
memberikan sebuah pidato tentang pendidikan berjudul "Pendidikan di Indonesia" di hari
pendidikan nasional atau HARDIKNAS ini.
Indonesia adalah Negara yang besar. Negara yang memiliki banyak sekali sumber daya alam
yang bisa dimanfaatkan. Negara yang memiliki banyak temat-tempat indah yang dapat
menghipnotis orang. Sungguh indah bisa hidup di sini dengan damai dengan berbagai
budaya, bahasa, dan agama yang berbeda. Tetapi, mengapa masih banyak terdapat orang yang
hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan di Negara ini? Hanya ada satu jawaban untuk pertanyaan ini

yaitu karena sumber daya manusia kita masih sangat redah dalam hal pendidikan.
Jika anda sekalian pernah mendengar tentang berita tentang peringkat internasional
pendidikan kita, anda akan terkejut. Seperti di kutip dari Education for All (EFA) Global
Monitoring Report 2011 yang di keluarkan oleh UNESCO dan di luncurkan di New York
pada hari Senin, 1/3/2011, peringkat pendidikan internasional kita berada pada tempat ke 69
dari 129 negara yang di survey di seluruh dunia. Peringkat ini lebih rendah dari pada di tahun
2010.
Ini membuka sebuah pertanyaan yang berlarian di kepala saya, ada apa dengan pendidikan
kita? Indonesia adalah negara hebat dengan banyak generasi muda bertalenta. Tidak
diragukan lagi bahwa terdapat banyak siswa Indonesia yang memenangkan olimpiadeolimpiade pendidikan internasional seperti matematik, kima, fisika dan lainnya. Tetapi
mengapa peringkat internasional pendidikan kita masih rendah. Jadi ada apa dengan
pendidikan kita?
Hadirin yang terhormat
Mesti ada suatu alasan mengapa sumber daya manusia kita dan peringkat dunia kita dalam
hal pendidikan masih rendah. Salah satu alasannya adalah pendidikan kita itu mahal. Untuk
kelas ekonomi menengah ke atas biaya pendidikan kita saat ini mungkin buka apa-apa. Tetapi
untuk mereka yang hidup di kelas eknomi kebawah, biaya pendidikan kita saat ini diluar
jangkauan mereka. Banyak dari mereka bahkan mengabaikan kewajiban mereka untuk pergi
ke sekolah hanya karena mereka harus bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan merka.
Pemerintahan kita telah membuat sebuah kebijakan baru-baru ini untuk mengatasi masalah
dalam pendidikan kita. Kebijakan tersebut adalah peningkatan anggaran pendidikan nasional
mencapai 20% dari APBN. Anggaran ini nantinya digunakan untuk membuat pendidikan kita
terjangkau oleh kalangan masyarakat ekonomi kebawah; untuk meningkatkan kulitas guruguru pengajar dengan program yang dikenal sebagai sertifikasi; dan untuk menyediakan
fasilitas-fasilitas sekolah seperti perpustakaan, ruangan kelas, laboratorium, dan gedung olah
raga.
Hadirin sekalian
Kita berharap kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah akan membuat mutu pendidikan kita
lebih baik. Tentunya sebagai seorang pelajar, kita tidak boleh hanya duduk diam dan santai
tanpa melakukan apa-apa. Baik atau buruknya kualitias pendidikan Negara kita juga
bergantung pada kita. Jika kita ingin mengubah paradigm buruk pendidikan kita, mari kita
mulai dengan meningkatkan prestasi kita dengan belajar dengan keras untuk kebaikan
pendidikan kita.
Saya harap pidato yang saya sampaikan hari ini bisa bermanfaat untuk kalian semua. Terima

how to cope with bullying activitie? There are ways :
1. follow religious activities at school!
religious activity is beneficial for moral improvement. because the activities teach a lot of
god things. By doing religion activities means approaching in Allah. We do Allahs
instrictions, we always remember Allah, we dont do Allahs instructions means we forgrt
Allah, we are very far form Allah. Allah always control our life. Please obey all regulations
from Allah so that we are safe from dangerous.

2. follow the extracurricular activities at school, such as OSIS , Boy Scouts, and paskibra.
extracurricular activities in addition to preventing bullying activities that can also provide
many benefits for us, an example of organizational fields. We should have positive activiteis.
By positive activity, we are busy. We dont thing negative thingking. We can life on good
purpose.
3. avoid negative activities and choose good friends. due to the good, it is not possible we hit
the bullying activities.
Dont have negative thingking and activities, thats dangerous. Please choose good friends. In
our life friends have big influence in our activity every day. If you have friends who have bad
behavior, you are one of them. Be careful to choose friends in modern time.

I think bullying activities can take place because the school is only concerned with learning
activities, but lacking in any moral lesson. Morale is very important for today's students.
because in this day and age a lot of the students in moral decline. Therefore, come on, we
keep ourselves together each and also invite our friends to avoid bullying activities. Because
such acts only harm us, harm our learning time, and hurt a lot of other things.

Speech About Bullying In School

If you saw bullying, what would you do to stop it? Would you stand by and let it happen,
take part in it or try to stop it? Not many students think about this, and thats part of the
problem.
Treat others the way you want to be treated. Thats the Golden Rule and it should be
followed in every aspect of your life. If someone was in a position to stop you from being
bullied and did nothing, how would you feel? If you find that unacceptable, you must do
everything you can to stop others from hurting people.
Are you even remotely aware of how much pain these victims feel every day? They go to
school knowing theyre going to be hurt and they see no way out. This is because people like
you and many others stand by and let it happen without contemplating how much pain this is

causing people. Ask yourself this: How would you feel if you were in the victims position
and could see no end to your pain?
When the victims see no way out, they may choose to tragically end their life, leaving more
hurt behind for those who were unable to stop it. Canada has the third-highest teen suicide
rate of all the industrialized nations, with 15 deaths per 100,000 people. Suicide is the second
leading cause of death for people ages 10-24, behind motor vehicle accidents. The death of a
young person is always a waste of life, so how many more lives must be wasted before
something is done?
If you condone bullying in any way, shape or form, you are taking part in it. Bullying is
everyones responsibility and the option of doing nothing is unacceptable in civilized society.
Some people may consider mocking someone funny, even though it is anything but funny to
the victim. Small jabs taken every day can add up to a lot of pain and suffering. While it may
seem innocent to the person taking the shots, the cumulative effect of these daily jabs could
be devastating. In addition to that, as the pain increases, each jab cuts a little deeper.
Bullying can happen in school, so it is the responsibility of students to protect their
classmates and to show everyone the dignity and respect they would like to be treated with.
The first line of defense in bullying is in students own behavior. But when that fails, it must
be brought to the attention of someone in authority, like a teacher. The concept of someone in
authority failing to address the problem is simply not acceptable. This is why you must speak
to a teacher you trust and know will do something to stop the bullying.
Bullying is happening everywhere, even at your own school. You may not see it, you may not
know it is there, but it is happening and it causes unimaginable pain to the victims. The only
way to end bullying is to talk about it openly rather than making it a taboo issue. If someone
is hurting another person, they will not stop unless someone (either a fellow classmate or
someone in authority) stands up for the victim and tells their torme.

I thank God for giving me the opportunity to stand on this pulpit.
We, who currently sit as the educator should know that Indonesian teenagers are being
threatened. Their future is in danger. Why do I say that? It is based on the fact that many
teenagers of Indonesia have exceeded their age. At their young age, I often see them smoking,
then there is a lot of data shows that they are pregnant out of the marriage due to promiscuity.
The bad moral that we usually see nowadays is a motorcycle gang that do so many damage to
public facilities; then there is another one that consistently performed by Indonesian
teenagers, namely brawl.

Social intercourse is the thing which should be guarded very well. Our children have not been
able to sort out which ones are good and which ones are bad. So I invite the educators here to
work together in order for guiding our students to get the best moral education. When the
moral education they get is in a high quality, then Im sure they will able to avoid all forms of
incitement moral evil out there.
So, we can not only provide the academic education. If we continue to focus only on
academic education, then the intensity of moral education will be reduced and our students
are not able to be an intelligent including admirable.
When we teach in the classroom, its better to provide a few minutes to advise our students,
so that they are able to obtain a moral sufficiently. The division of the existing education
system in the classroom should be 50:50. 50 percent is the academic education, while 50
percent is moral education. When the technique is run consistently, I believe Indonesian
students will be better in the future and promiscuity will be reduced.
I have not found any other ideas I want to express. So, thank you to those of you who have
listened to my vision.

Teenagers are the most important part of the growth of the country. They are the new
generation. However there are many teenagers have been depraved. They run to drugs,
commit suicide free sex, drink alcohol, smoking, etc. Those are spreading in teenagers life.
And the most popular problem is free sex. Many teenagers think that sex before married is
proper. We know that it is very bad for them. There are many bad effect of free sex. Such as,
we can suffer from HIV/AIDS and then the pregnancy for the girls. It will damage their
future.
Teenagers must be given sex education especially at school. The need of comprehension
about human sexuality in teenagers life must be fulfilled. They must know about free sex life
and the sex crime that often happened. They must aware about responsibility of their self.
They should get much information about sexuality rightly for them. The information can be

given by sex education at school. The teachers can describe sex for the students in order that
the teenagers will avoid sex before married.
School is good mediator in giving sex education for the teenagers. School has good condusif
situation. School and the teachers are the second circle after the family. It will be better if the
teachers hold an event like seminar with a doctor as the speaker. In order that the teenagers
can get sex education deeply and give them the aim of sexual activity correctly. With sex
education, the teenagers will be careful in doing something about sex. Although they know
about how to avoid the pregnancy, put virginity is very important for the woman. Sex before
married just makes us fall into a trap. There are some aims of sex education for the teenagers.
Which are they can understand that sexuality as the part of life. They also know about the
consequences of un-responsible sex activity.
So, sex education is very needed for the teenagers. Starting now, sex education must be given
to them. And for sure, the teenagers that fall into free sex. Drugs, alcohol, etc just a few part
of many teenagers that want to study hard, and avoiding free sex.

have been familiar with the global warming words around us. There are so many warnings or

However, all those efforts will be in vain if there is no consciousness of us to act.

Global Warming is a process where the earths surface average temperature is rising.
Nowadays, global Warming is happening due to several factors such as the greenhouse effect
and the feedback effect
The first is the greenhouse effect, greenhouse effect occurs because of the heat energy
generated by the sun to the earth trapped in the earth by the accumulated amount of
greenhouse gases including water vapor, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and methane. These
gases absorb and reflect heat wave radiation generated by Earth and consequently the heat
will be stored in the earth. This situation will occur continuously and makes average
temperature of the earth continues to increase.
The second cause is the feedback effect; the feedback effect is a factor that is produced by the
earth itself for example the increasing of CO2 in the Earths atmosphere. Other feedback is a
decreased ability of Ice to reflect the heat. When the Earths temperature rises, polar ice is
melting so that land or water below will be opened. While both land and sea have the low
ability to reflect the light when compared with ice, and consequently it will absorb more solar
radiation.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Global warming has a negative effect on the earth and humans namely: global warming is
causing the earths climate is unstable; the Earth will continue to heat all year and disturb the
existing seasons. It is also can make the sea levels are raising due to melting ice. Global
warming can also cause a forest fires. Forest fires can be caused by temperature of surface in
that area increased during the dry season so that forests are becoming more flammable.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Once we know the causes and impact of Global Warming. Let us prevent it all. Maybe we
cannot stop it as a whole, but we can slow down the global warming effect. The efforts which
we can do are: the first is to reduce the use of carbon dioxide by decreasing smoke from
motorcycle and fabric to the atmosphere. The second is by planting a lot of trees because
trees absorb carbon dioxide and break it through the process of photosynthesis by producing
oxygen. The third is to reduce the use of fossil fuels, and the last is to reduce the use of
electronic goods that produce CFCs (Chloro Fluoro carbons) such as air conditioners and
refrigerators because these gases increase the depletion of ozone.

Let us maintain the viability of our planet. By keeping our earth, it will also keep us alive. I
think what I have to say this time is enough. I apologize if I made a mistake or offend

We know global warming is serious problem which is world well in country developing and
country developed. Global warming in reason by activity human which working with
machine and many factories with lot of smoke.

Global warming is a process to increase body temperature average atmosphere sea and
land. Stage body temperature global settlement will to cause alteration which other
except to increase volume sea water, stage weather, and etcetera. Result global warming
which other influence the agriculture, and destroyed kind animal. Because All energy
sources which can be ground originally with sun.

In fact This is fortunate for the natural greenhouse effect creates a climate in which life
can thrive and man can live peacefull. Otherwise, the Earth would be a very frigid and
inhospitable place.
On the other hand, increasing to much because of the greenhouse effect can make the
temperatur very warm. and would probably bring other, sometimes deleterious changes in
climate; for example, changes in precipitation, storm patterns, and the level of the
oceans.
The predicted effects of global warming on the environment and for human life are
numerous and varied. It is generally difficult to attribute specific natural phenomena to
long-term causes, but some effects of recent climate change already be occurring. Such as
Raising sea levels, glacier retreat, Arctic shrinkage, and predictions for secondary and
regional effects include extreme weather events, an expansion of tropical diseases,
changes in the timing of seasonal patterns in ecosystems, and drastic economic impact.
Now, many political activism, agency, and acociation that together mitigate, eliminate, or
adapt to it.
We can see in television that in big city very much empty region but the region used to
project. However, we can use that empty region to grow the green plant. So that, we can
decrease the effect of global warming. What do you choose? The profit and money or
human life.???... I think it is very importent to know, because life of human in the future is
in our hand now. So let we grow the plant.

Pertama-tama saya ucapkan terimakasih kepada guru dan semua teman ku yang sudah
memberikan kepadaku kesempatan untuk berpidato hari ini tentang pemanasan global.
Kita ketahui pemanasan global adalah masalah serius baik di negara berkembang dan
negara maju. Pemanasan global disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia yang bekerja
menggunakan mesin dan pabrik yang banyak mengeluarkan asap.
Pemanasan global adalah suatu proses peningkatan suhu tubuh rata-rata lautan dan
daratan atmosfer. Peningkatan/tahapan pemanasaan global ini akan untuk menyebabkan
perubahan antara lain bertambahnya volume air laut, perubahan cuaca, dan lain-lain.
Hasil dari Pemanasan global mempengaruhi bidang pertanian dan membinasakan beberapa
jenis binatang.
Sebenarnya adanya effect rumah kaca merupakan suatu keberuntungan karena membuat
suatu iklim di mana hidup dapat tumbuh dengan subur dan manusia dapat tinggal/hidup di
bawah kondisi-kondisi secara relatif sejahtera. Jika tidak, Bumi akan menjadi suatu
tempat sangat tidak ramah dan dingin sekali.
Sebaliknya, peningkatan yang terlalu tinggi dapat menyebabkan temperatur menjadi
sangat panas. Dan mungkin akan membawa dampak yang lain, kadang-kadang
mengganggu, perubahan di dalam iklim; sebagai contoh, perubahan hujan, pola badai, dan
tingkat samudra-samudra.
Perkiraan tentang efek dari pemanasan global terhadap lingkungan dan kehidupan manusia
banyak dan bermacam-macam. Umumnya sulit untuk menyepakati dampak spesifik
penomena alam ini dalam jangka panjang, tapi beberapa efek perubahan iklim ini telah
dapat diketahui keberlangsungannya.diantaranya seperti meningkatnya permukaan laut,
gletser menurun, Kutub Utara menyusut/mencair, dan prediksi efek yang tidak utama dan
regional termasuk didalamnya yaitu kejadian cuaca yang ekstrim, meluasnya penyakitpenyakit tropis, perubahan-perubahan di dalam pemilihan waktu pola-pola musiman di

Global Warming
Global warming is one of the most serious challenges facing us today. To protect the health
and economic well-being of current and future generations, we must reduce our emissions of
heat-trapping gases by using the technology, know-how, and practical solutions already at our
disposal.
Tropical deforestation is the largest source of emissions for many developing countries, but
slowing deforestation cant solve the climate problem by itself. As forest-rich developing
countries step up to take responsibility for reducing their emissions, all industrialized nations
should not only support their efforts but, most importantly, reduce their own emissions and
lead efforts to avert dangerous climate change.
For years we have heard so much about the causes of climate change, that weve missed the
fact that there are simple, practical solutions that can slow this growing problem.
Technologies exist today that can cut emissions of heat-trapping gases and make a real
difference in the health of our planet. And these solutions will be good for our economy,
reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and enhance our energy security.
Global warming doesnt just mean balmy February days in northern climes. It also means
increasingly hot days in the summer, and a host of negative impacts that are already under
way and are expected to intensify in the
coming decades.
-More heat waves will likely increase the risk of heat-related illnesses and deaths.
-Cities and towns along the nations major rivers will experience more severe and frequent
flooding.
-Some areas will likely experience more extensive and prolonged droughts.
-Some of our favorite coastal and low-lying vacation areas, such as parts of the Florida Keys

birdwatching, and just relaxing near lakes, streams, and wetlands will see some of their
favorite places irretrievably changed.
The solutions to climate change are here and its time we put them to use. If we get started
today we can tackle this problem and decrease the unpleasant outcomes that await us if we do

nothing. The steps we need to take are common sense. And, more often than not, they will
save consumers money. The cost of inaction, however, is unacceptably high.
The scientific consensus is in. Our planet is warming, and we are helping make it happen by
adding more heat-trapping gases, primarily carbon dioxide (CO2), to the atmosphere. The
burning of fossil fuel (oil, coal, and natural gas) alone accounts for about 75 percent of annual
CO2 emissions from human activities. Deforestationthe cutting and burning of forests that
trap and store carbonaccounts for about another 20 percent.
Procrastination is not an option. Scientists agree that if we wait 10, 20, or 50 years, the
problem will be much more difficult to address and the consequences for us will be that much
more serious.
Were treating our atmosphere like we once did our rivers. We used to dump waste
thoughtlessly into our waterways, believing that they were infinite in their capacity to hold
rubbish. But when entire fisheries were poisoned and rivers began to catch fire, we realized
what a horrible mistake that was.
Our atmosphere has limits too. CO2 remains in the atmosphere for about 100 years. The
longer we keep polluting, the longer it will take to recover and the more irreversible damage
will be done.
Fuel-efficient vehicles. Renewable energy. Protecting threatened forests. These common
sense solutions wont only reduce global warming, many will save us money and create new
business opportunities.
Best of all, these solutions exist now. We just need to insist that business and government take
the necessary steps to make them available and affordable. Then we have to let consumers
know what to do and provide incentives to help all of us make better choices.
The following five sensible steps are available today and can have an enormous impact on the

on this day I will deliver a speech on Drugs.
Drugs is an Indonesian term for narcotic substances, psychotropic and addictive.
psychotropic substances popularly called Ecstasy and shabu-shabu are considered favorites
among the middle and upper class users. However, for an increasing number of young people,
the drug of choice is low-grade heroin, known as heroin, which is cheap, plentiful, but
potentially deadly. This drug has been available in all major cities, including schools, karaoke
lounges, bars, cafes, discos, nightclubs, and they even spread to remote villages. Therefore, it
is not surprising that drug users continues to increase from year to year.
Thousands of young men have wasted their lives because of drugs in our country, Indonesia.
They are mostly the victims of the environment cruel, a broken home, of ignorance, of a
sense of curiosity or also of victims of the drug mafia. It is estimated that about 4 million
people in Indonesia are as drug users, or about one out of every 50 people Indonesia is or
ever tasted the forbidden goods. In the capital Jakarta, an estimated three out of ten young
people are drug users. A study conducted by the Office (ILO) International Labour
Organization in Indonesia showed that about four percent of drug users in this country are
children under 17 years. Two out of ten users are involved in the illicit trade. Some teens
became involved in producing drugs and that memperdagangankannya between the ages of
13 and 15 years. Chairman of the National Narcotics Coordinating Board said that drug users
and illegal drugs in the country amounted to about 7,000 ii junior high school students, more
