will allow the Corps of Engineers to make essential progress on completion of the Feasibility
Report for the Study as directed by the Water Resources Development Act of 2007.

Technology for Infrastructure Protection in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding
for this project is the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition, 15 Southeast
Osceola Avenue, Ocala, FL, 34471. It is my understanding that the funding would be used
for the development of a system-centric defense infrastructure for SCADA systems that will
greatly improve their intrinsic resilience to environmental effects and malicious attacks. I

[ am requesting funding for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Systems PVL Pilot Line (OH) in the Fiscal
Year 2010 Energy and Water Appropriations bill. The entity to receive funding for this project
is Stark State College, located at 6065 Strip Avenue NW, North Canton, OH 44720. The
funding would be used to support the development and fuel processing work in Ohio to drive the
