THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR CHECKING AT THE CeLL OFFICE, AND THE FEE
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT (Php 4,740.00) SHOULD BE PAID TO THE
BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION, MAGALLANES DRIVE, INTRAMUROS, MANILA.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLYIIG FOR SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT
1.

Prepare the following documents and have them checked by CeLL Office secretaries:
Letter of Request prepared by the student applicant
Affidavit of Support prepared by the student applicant or by parent/guarantor and notarized by an
attorney
Photocopy of valid passport and recent entry visa
Get the following from CeLL Office:
Letter of Acceptance signed by DLSU-Manila CeLL Director
Guaranty Letter signed by DLSU-Manila CeLL Director
Pay the required fee of Php 4,740.00 to the Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros Manila
for issuance of the Special Study Permit.
Get Official Receipt after payment of SSP fee.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE AT CeLL

Submit the following requirements to CeLL Office:


For

tourist visa students


one (1) copy of the SSP payment receipt
three (3) copies of the released SSP
three (3) copies of valid passport and recent arrival visa (9A)
one (1) 1x1 or 2x2 photo for file purposes

For non-tourist visa students

three (3) copies of valid passport and visa (ex. ACR, SIRV, SRRV, 9D, 9E, 9F, 9G, 47a2, etc.)

one (1) 1x1 or 2x2 photo for file purposes


For Filipinos

three (3) copies of any two valid I.D.s

one (1) 1x1 or 2x2 photo for file purposes

Fill out the required Student Information and Enrolment form.


Report for interview and placement test.
Receive Statement of Account (SOA) from CeLL Office and pay the assessed tuition fee to the Accounting
Office at the DLSU main campus (De La Salle University, 2401 Taft Avenue, Manila).
Receive the Official Receipt of tuition payment from the cashier.
Present the yellow copy of the Official Receipt of tuition payment to the Office of the University
Registrar (OUR) for I.D. picture-taking / I.D. validation. Get back the yellow copy of the receipt after
the picture-taking.
dress code: For boys - WEAR dark colored polo with necktie
For girls WEAR dark colored blouse with collar
Give the yellow copy of the Official Receipt of tuition payment to CeLL Office and receive the
Attendance Card/s.

ALL STUDENTS CONCERNED (STUDENTS ON TOURIST VISA) ARE REQUESTED TO PAY THEIR SPECIAL
STUDY PERMIT (SSP) FEES UPON ENROLMENT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE START OF CLASSES TO FACILITATE
THE EARLY ISSUANCE OF THEIR PERMIT. ONLY STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL STUDY PERMITS WILL BE
ADMITTED TO THEIR CLASSES AT THE START OF THE MONTHLY SESSIONS.
