I was dispatched to Evans and Reis to assist a Unity taxi driver for a failure to pay.
When I arrived I spoke with the driver David Cech that told me he picked up a
female on Forest Park Ct. and 1947 N evans address. When he drove to the area on
his GPS the suspect told him he was a few blocks from her home. The suspect had
Cech drive her to the corner of Reis and Evans. The suspect then ran between
houses and disappeared. I was able to contact the person that let the suspect use
her phone, and she gave me the name of the suspect.

Farrington reports that he is currently being evicted from his apartment, 410 S
Evans apt B, and is being harassed by the suspect, his landlord. She has trespassed
in his apartment, damaged her own property and has made verbal threats to him
and his family on several occasions.
Between the dates and times listed, he has had 3 tires flattened by nails being
strewn in his driveway. The drivers side door was also scratched.
Farrington believes that the listed suspect is trying to get him and his family to
move out, before the 30 days are up.

On 09222016 officers from the Evansville Police Department and Mt Vernon


Police department went to 40 W Columbia apt M and arrested the two listed
suspects.
During the time of the arrest the resident`s name was unknown. Sydnor stated it
was a friends apartment.
Both were arrested for other charges. The resident of the apartment states he had a
40 inch Vizio TV new in the box in his closet waiting for Cable tv to come so he
could hook it up. The TV was believed stolen by these two.

The victim said she had a work order in to fix her sink. When the victim came
home from work she noticed her sink was fixed. Her neighbor across the hall said
the maintenance man came in about 1300 hundred hours. She then noticed her
bracelet that was on her coffee table was missing. She said she looked for it over
night.
The same maintenance person came over again this morning saying he left an
item in her apartment. She claims he did not knock or announce before he entered
the apartment. The victim does not know his name, but can identify the person.

Brackett said the offender had sent her multiple text messages since the protective
order was filed on 10/7/2016 (Docket #: 82D03-1610-PO-4995). Brackett stated
the offender was a family friend and was best friends with her deceased husband.
She had never had an intimate relationship with the offender.
On today`s date, the offender also called VI #2, C.B.`s, school and attempted to
check on her. C.B. was also a protected party in the protective party. I spoke with
the Assistant Principal at North High School. He stated the offender had left a
voicemail on the school phone system for C.B. I informed him that C.B. was
protected from the offender with a protective order and he was not to have contact
with C.B.

Officers were dispatched to 616 E. Iowa Street in reference to a battery that


occurred. Officers arrived and spoke with the victim, who was standing on the
sidewalk in front of the residence when officers arrived. The victim advised he and
the suspect, his mother, had a physical altercation where she "shoved him." The
victim advised he was not injured and did not want medical attention.
Officers spoke to the suspect, who advised her son was being "disrespectful to her
in her home." The suspect also advised the victim approached and, while getting
close to her face, stated, "You`re a fucking bitch!" The suspect advised, at that
time, she shoved him away from her to prevent him from coming any closer.
The victim was provided with a case number referencing this incident, and left the
residence with his "girlfriend."

I was dispatched to this address for a shoplifter. Upon arrival, I met with the
manager who stated the IO was observed placing (3) cans of beer inside the OF`s
pink purse. The IO and OF then separated inside the store. The OF exited the store
a short time later and passed all points of sale. The OF was then stopped by store
employees outside the store and escorted back inside. Employees had already
made contact with the IO who was still in the store at the checkout line.The OF
was cited for shoplifting (8220107648). All items stolen were located inside the
purse and were returned. Both subjects were barred from the property.

keys. The keys were for his mother`s apartment, his apartment, and his vehicle.
They do not together and they were just at this address visiting their mother. The
suspect had left before the victim attempted to look for his keys. There were 5
keys with a total value of about $25.00.

The victim stated that she left around 1300 hours and returned around 1720 hours
to find the back door open. She noticed a black safe was missing from atop a
drawer in her bedroom. The safe contained jewelry, two cell phones, a title for a
2004 Escalade and life insurance policies. Three fake Michael Khors purses were
taken from the top shelf of the closet in her bedroom.
There were items on top of the safe that had been moved. The dead bolt to the
back door was not locked. There appeared to be fresh pry marks on the back door.
There were two large English Mastiffs in separate bedrooms. The victim`s
bedroom appeared to be the only room that was gone through. There were other
items of value throughout the house that were not taken.
Crime Scene was called to process the scene.
The victim did not know the serial number to the Samsung phone at this time. She
was given the case number and phone number for records to add that and anything
else that comes up missing to the report.

Officers were dispatched to 3535 Little Creek Parkway in reference to a domestic


violence incident that occurred. The victim advised the suspect, his girlfriend,
"struck him in the face three times." The victim informed officers the suspect left
the residence in a "green Chevy Colorado" and traveled north on Little Creek
Parkway.
The victim had redness and swelling to his right cheek. The victim`s clothing also
had a substantial amount of blood from where, according to the victim, he was
struck in the nose. The victim refused medical attention and was provided with a
case number referencing this incident.

I was dispatched to Memorial High School for a hit and run report. The IO stated
she was traveling south on Stringtown when she struck a vehicle parked in front of
Docs Bar (1305 Stringtown Rd). The IO stated she turned around and attempted to
locate the vehicle and its owner, but the vehicle had already left the scene. She
called in a hit and run report at 15:25, but the dispatched unit was unable to make
contact with her at the given location. She then called a second time and relayed

shots fired call. Officers located the victims at 1101 W. Louisiana St. One of the

victims advised he observed a "black Chrysler Minivan" with two occupants at the
intersection of First Avenue and Diamond Avenue. The victim informed officers
the black van followed him as he traveled west on Diamond Avenue. The victim
advised the van followed him into a warehouse parking lot near the intersection of
Diamond Avenue. According to the victim, an occupant of the van "fired three
rounds at his truck" while in the warehouse lot. The victim advised when this
occurred, he drove from the lot and traveled south on Fulton Avenue. The victim
informed officers the suspects traveled north on Kratzville Road.
While on scene, officers observed an entry bullet hole on the tailgate of the
victim`s truck. Another bullet hole was observed at the opposite end of the truck
bed, but did not appear to enter the interior cargo area of the truck. There were no
visible or reported injuries on scene. A crime scene detective and an AIU detective
arrived on scene referencing the incident. The victim was provided with a case
number referencing this incident.

1104 N Fulton Ave, Evansville, IN, between 18:58, 10/11/2016 and 19:00,

L. Young stated that his wife, A. Young, was at the listed store waiting on a friend.
L. Young stated that she was driving her mother`s vehicle and was not supposed to
be on that particular side of town. L. Young stated that he randomly found her at
this location and told her that he was going to contact her mother. L. Young stated
"she just started going crazy." L. Young then stated that A. Young became
aggressive and began to yell at him. L. Young stated that she then got in her
vehicle and attempted to leave "almost" running him over. L. Young then stated
that he advised her that he was calling the police and she got out of the vehicle,
grabbed him by the shirt and slapped in him the back of the head. He had no
injuries nor complaint of pain. His shirt was ripped. He was given a case number.
A. Young returned on scene and I made contact with her. She stated that they are
going through a divorce and L. Young has a tracking device on her car or phone.
She stated that when she was in the vehicle, he showed up and opened her
passenger door. She stated that she attempted to close the door but was unable to.
She then stated he took the keys from her and she exited the vehicle. At that point,
she stated that she grabbed him by the shirt, causing it to rip, and got her keys back
from him. She stated that she never hit him and he was only saying that to get her
locked up since she got him locked up in May of this year.

the house. I spoke with her, while other officers spoke with the victim and the
children. Both parties admitted to fighting in their bedroom. The victim added
that he was struck with a chair in the kitchen in front of the children.

Officers were dispatched to 1201 E. Columbia Street in reference to a subject with


a gun. On scene, the victim informed officers after the suspect was denied entry to
the business, he pointed a gun at the victim and threatened him. According to the
victim, the suspect left the lot of the business in a "white Buick." The victim
provided officers with a description of the suspect. The victim was provided with a
case number referencing this incident. While officers were still on scene, the
suspect vehicle drove by the scene yelling at the victim. The victim identified the
vehicle and driver as the suspect. A short pursuit ensued and the vehicle was lost
for a short time before being found in front of 1615 E Indiana where the suspect
was eventually apprehended.

Tyrone Dulin was arrested for DV and Invasion of Privacy against Maureen
Flowers.
Incident Rpt Misc (C), at 2824 C St, Evansville, IN, between 23:45, 10/11/2016 and

Officers were dispatched to an assault in progress at 2824 C St. The caller said
two males were outside and one had a knife. The caller said Ryan was
cut and bleeding.
Myself and Officer Lowe arrived and a female, Christina, was flagging us
down and pointing to a male on the ground, Ryan. Ryan was holding his
left arm away from his body and blood was dripping off of the hand. I could tell it
was bleeding badly and placed a tourniquet on his arm to stop the bleeding.
I asked Ryan what happened and he told me he cut himself.
Officer Hirschman spoke with Christina and the other male, Michael. Christina
had been seeing Ryan. She had been staying with him at
2824 C. St. They got into an argument and Ryan left. While Ryan was gone,
Michael, the new boyfriend, came over to help her move out. Ryan returned while
they were moving her things to a white Cadillac. Ryan and Michael argued and
then Ryan chased Michael with a knife. While trying to cut Michael, Ryan cut
himself. They had been running around the car.
Michael told officers he did not want to press charges.
I had called Crime Scene for photos but canceled after Michael said he did not
want to press any charges.

Ryan told us later, Christina was upset with him drinking. He went to a
neighborhood bar and when he returned, Michael was there helping Christina
move. They argued and then Ryan began chasing Michael with the knife. He said
he must have cut himself while swinging the knife trying to cut Michael.

The victim stated that he was jumped by three black males at the Liquor Locker at
1222 E Riverside. The three were accompanied by a black female who initially had
asked the victim if he had any change. He said one of the three black males
grabbed him from behind and body slammed him. The others then began kicking
him in the torso. After the assault, the suspects fled the scene in a black Dodge
Avenger. The victim complained of back pain. He was transported to Deaconess
ER by AMR #1634. The victim was provided a case number and a telephone
number to the records dept.

Officers were dispatched to 2416 Arbors Dr Apt. 8 on 10/12/2016 at


approximately 0020 hours for a domestic in progress. Officers arrived and located
the victim, Angela Robertson (Sibbitt). Angela stated that her and her husband,
Christopher, were arguing all day because Christopher believes Angela
is cheating on him. Angela stated Christopher kept trying to get closer to her while
she was sitting on the couch while arguing. Angela told Christopher to get away
from her and she walked into the kitchen. Angela stated that is when Christopher
put her in a headlock with his arm wrapped around her neck. Angela stated that
Christopher then dragged her down the hallway and into the bedroom which is
approximately 30 feet from the kitchen. Angela stated she was yelling for help and
screaming for him to let her go. Angela stated that Christopher then let go of her,
changed clothes, and left prior to Officers arriving on scene. Angela did have
slight red marks around her neck. Angela stated she did not lose consciousness and
her airway was not obstructed.

Officer was dispatched to 1455 Savannah Dr for a criminal mischief report. The
victim advised the offender had busted his car window.
The victim, Marcus Barnes advised he and the offender were at another
apartment and got into a verbal argument. Barnes advised he knows the offender
personally. Barnes stated the offender grabbed him by the neck which caused a
abrasion on the right side. Barnes stated he then pushed the offender off of him.
The offender then went outside and grabbed a folding chair and went to Barnes`
car. The offender struck Barnes` vehicle on the front windshield causing it to
break. Barnes advised at this point the offender left. Barnes was given a case
number for the incident and advised on how to follow up with pressing charges.
