DIETER Gypsum : Dry Mix Products

In the Second Stage of the Project, Dieter has planned to start production of Dry

Mix Gypsum Products. Dry Mix Gypsum Products are ready made Gypsum Coats
which can be directly applied on interiors of the building by just adding the
specified quantity of water. These ready made Dry Mixes are easy to use and also
ensure uniformity in the product as the ratio of Binders, additives and other
chemicals to Gypsum is maintained through automatic system in the factory and
hence there is no variation in two different batches of mixes at construction site,
which is a common problem in manual preparation of mortars at site.
Gypsum Dry Mix Products are manufactured by machine mixing of Fine Sand Or

Marble Powder along with other Additives and Chemicals in a specified ration to
achieve desired finish on the interiors. The mixing process is of decisive
significance as far as this is concerned. Perfect distribution of the smallest
quantities of additives, which are often added in quantities in the ppm range can
only be ensured by using an adequately good mixer. Best quality of Dry Mix is
obtained by excellent homogenous mixing and perfect mixing of small quantities of
additives.

DIETER Gypsum : Dry Mix Products

Dieter plans to set up a mixing unit for production of Dry Mix Gypsum

Products in the factory premises. Sufficient space is available in existing

factory premises for the establishment of such unit. There is huge demand
of Gypsum Dry Mix Products in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan Market. The
target to tap the huge potential of Gypsum market in Kyrgyzstan and
nearby Countries. Presently almost 90% of the Gypsum Products are
Imported in Kyrgyzstan and only a nominal quantity of Gypsum Products is
available locally and that too is of very low quality. DIETER plans to set up
an automatic Mixing Unit capable of producing world class quality of
Gypsum Dry Mixes. DIETER has already secured the mining rights of
Gypsum Mine and Pure Gypsum Powder is already being produced in its
factory in Aksu in Kyrgyzstan, hence there is no problem of basic Raw
Material i.e. Gypsum Powder.

Setting Up of Mixing Unit for Production of Gypsum Dry Mix Products.

Financing the working capital for Production of Gypsum Dry Mix Products.
Exit of two of the existing Partners.
Expansion of Mining Activities and Development of Road & Infrastructure.
Investor will receive 25% of Equity Shares in Dieter Enegy, Kyrgyzstan.

Option I:
