SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

DE CABALLES,of legal age, a resident of 3723 W. 76h p , Chicago, illinois, 60652, U.S.A,
Has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do make,constitute,and appoint
EARL MARK CALINGACION, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Cangmating, Municipality of
Sibulan, Negros Oriental, 6200, Philippines, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act for and in my name,
place and stead, to perform the following authority upon the terms and conditions and
under such covenants as they may fit, to wit:
( 1.)To represent me in the court proceedings, Office of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) where
he can make, sign, seal, execute and deliver documents, agreements and other writings upon such
terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney, and all other government and private offices , all of whic
h are relative to the due process upon the transfer of titles of all the real properties in the
name of my late husband, ANGELO G. CABALLES, to me,his surviving Spouse and lawful heir, Nee
LlLlA VDA DE CABALLES;to execute my legal rights of an intestate succession as his surviving
spouse.(under Article1001oftheNewCivilCodeoftherepublicofthePhilippines .)
( 2.) To give consent to MR.EARL MARK CALINGACION my biological nephew, to my late husband
ANGELO G. CABALLES and to protect by an actual,physical occupation,particularly
the lawful application of building permit and fencing permit to the real property lot #2477 of
Tct #8251 in the name of my late husband ANGELO G. CABALLES,including a lawful application of
water in Dumaguete water district and electricity in Noreco 2 by my attorney in-fact to prevent trespassers
and squatters.

(3.) To restrict the lawful attorney-in-fact from selling the properties,

from making them as
Collateral's in loans and/or mortgages.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact to do whatever is necessary to accomplish t
he terms and conditions of the two-stated covenants above.
This Special Power of Attorney shall be terminated immediately as soon as the three conditions are
met: I establish a lawful residency in the province of Negros Oriental and the transfer of titles of
all the real properties in the name of my late husband, ANGELO G. CABALLES to me, his surviving spouse
and legal heir is in full force and effect.
