ExecuGve educaGon with a dierence

Businesses today face challenges that are complex, global
and oVen appear intractable. The speed and scale of change
are shaking tradiGonal economics and management theories
at their core. Fresh ideas are needed to challenge business
orthodoxy and help companies achieve sustainable growth.
Facilitated by the Global InsGtute For Tomorrow (GIFT), the
Global Leaders Programme (GLP) is internaGonally recognised

its output driven approach to leadership development.

Intense and engaging, the GLP provides professionals with a

diverse teams in unfamiliar situaGons. By challenging
convenGonal wisdom and demonstraGng the value of soV
skills through real-world situaGons, the GLP introduces new
paths to success in a complex world.

Research shows that people learn 70%

through experience, 20% through personal
and professional rela:onships, and 10%
through formal training methods.

The programmes are designed to help
