- When I first joined, there was a large amount of context needed to learn
the project (business knowledge). I resolved this through studying the
process and having sessions with peers to receive the necessary
background information.

We have used the Agile methodology since I have been here at the project
and it has been a valuable way to develop software.

with?

Satisfied

I enjoy creating automated tests to ensure product quality so it is not a


problem for the users.

(i.e., company culture, coworkers, etc.): Very Satisfied


The company culture here cant be beat. Everyone is helpful, nice, and also
enjoy what they do.
6. In my current role, I rate my performance as:

Good

I try to perform tasks beyond what I am asked, but I feel there is always more
I can do.
7. In my current role, I believe my manager rates my performance as:
Good

Although I do not interact with my line manager very often, I do not believe I
have received any complaints.
8. The training at FDM has prepared me well for my current role:
Neutral

The training did not go into automated testing, which is what I am doing.
9. FDM has provided adequate support for me so far during my time
onsite: Agree
I have not needed too much support, but I feel FDM will be there if I needed it.

CAREER PLANS/GOALS:
Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?
I see myself in a mid-level developer role, having moved on from developing
automated tests. I will have used my knowledge learned here as a stepping
stone to become a well-versed software developer.
What do you think you need to improve upon within the next few
months in order to reach these goals?
I believe I need to expedite the refactoring process of the automated test project
so that I can move on to become a developer here.
