When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present,
basic safety instructions should always be followed, including the
following:
Polythene bags over product or package may be dangerous.
To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this wrapper away from babies
and children. This bag is not a toy.
DANGER: When the unit is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use
since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when
the appliance is switched off.
WARNING: Do not use or leave the AC power adaptor in a
position where it can become wet or there is a danger of
it falling into a basin or other vessels containing water.
Take care to avoid contact between the moving blades of the unit
and the skin, paying particular attention to the face, neck and hands.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
IMPORTANT: Always unplug the appliance when not in use or before
cleaning. Do not leave unattended when plugged in or switched on. Do
not place on any heat sensitive surface.

Do not use the appliance with damaged or broken attachment combs or
with any teeth missing from the blades, as injury may occur.
Do not place on any surface while it is operating.
Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are
being used or where oxygen is being administered.
Keep the cord away from heated surfaces
Do not use the appliance if it is damaged. In the event of damage,
discontinue use immediately and contact your dealer for instructions
on returning it for examination or exchange. If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Never twist or pull on the trimmer cord.
After use do not wrap the cord around the appliance as in time this
may cause the cord to fracture. Coil cord loosely by the side of the
appliance in storage.
Always ensure that the voltage to be used corresponds to the voltage
marked on the unit.
For additional protection, the installation of a residual current
device (RCD) with a rated operating current not exceeding 30mA is
advisable in the electrical current circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask
your installer for advice.

with electro-chemically formed precision blades with an ultra sharp

low charge levels. Lightweight for easy handling, it can be used with
a mains power cord or cordless for total convenience and control and
with five professional interchangeable heads for all over trimming and

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

IMPORTANT! Only use the adaptor and attachments supplied with
this appliance. Please note, if the wrong adaptor is used, the LED will
blink continuously. Once the wrong adaptor is removed the LED will
continue to blink for some time after removal. This is normal.
When charging the appliance the blue LED charging light will flash
slowly and continuously until the battery has fully charged, then the
blue LED charging light will stop flashing but remain on.
Inserting the Adaptor Cord into the Stand
Remove the trimmer and accessories from the stand.
Insert the adaptor plug into the hole on the base of the stand and
push firmly into position.
Route the cord through the channel on the base of the stand and
secure in place.
Should you wish to charge the appliance without using the charging
stand, simply place the adaptor plug directly into the main trimmer
unit.
Charging the Appliance
Before using for the first time, the appliance should be fully charged
continuously for 2 hours. This initial super-charge ensures optimum
power performance to ensure smooth fast trimming every time.
Maximum battery capacity will only be reached after 3 charging and
discharging cycles.
2 hours full charge will provide approximately 80 mins use and 30mins
quick charge will supply 20 mins use.
Ensure the appliance is switched off.
Insert the appliance into the charging and storage stand.

Mains Operation
Ensure the appliance is switched off.
Connect the adaptor to the base of the appliance (disconnect and reroute the cord from the stand) and plug the adaptor into a suitable
mains socket.
The blue LED charging light will flash when the adaptor is correctly
inserted into the appliance and connected to the mains.
The appliance is now ready for use.
Cordless Operation
Ensure appliance is charged for a minimum of 30 minutes. The blue
LED charging light will flash when the adaptor is correctly inserted
into the appliance and connected to the mains.
Once the appliance is fully charged the blue LED charging light
will stop flashing but remain on. Remove the mains cord from the
appliance, turn on and use as required.
Preserving the batteries
In order to maintain the optimum capacity of the Lithium-ion
rechargeable batteries, the trimmer should be fully discharged and
then recharged for 2 hours every 3 months.
For optimum performance, we recommend you charge the unit for at
least 30 minutes before using the appliance each time. This applies to
whether you are using it with mains or cordless power.
Preparation for Use
Always inspect the appliance before use for noticeable signs of
damage. Do not use if damaged.
Ensure the heads are free from hair and debris.
Ensure the appliance is sufficiently charged.
Use on clean, dry hair that has been combed until tangle-free.

Changing the Heads

Before changing the heads, ensure the appliance is switched off.
To remove the head hold the handle in one hand, push your thumb
against the back of the appliance and move upwards (see fig.1)
To attach a head, the driving pin (see diagram) needs to be in a central
position. If it is not in the centre, manually move the pin into position.
Then, making sure that the base of the head is seated in the handle,
click the head into position.

7-Position Comb Guide For Precision Trimmer:

Ensure the appliance is switched off.
Attach the Precision Trimmer head.
Align the trimmer with the tracks at the back
of the handle. Slide the trimmer head onto the
tracks . Push down the release mechanism to push
it right on to the handle.
The comb guide will be set to the shortest length
when the comb guide is fully pressed down.
With your thumb, push the guide up to the required length (214mm). The comb guide has 7 positions; 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm,
10mm, 12mm and 14mm.
To remove the comb, place your thumb on the back of the attachment
and push up
Body Groomer Attachment
Ensure the appliance is switched off
Attach the body groomer head by taking off the current head and
snapping the body groomer head into the base of the appliance.
Attach the comb guide by placing on top of the body groomer head
and pressing down.

 To remove the body groomer comb guide push the comb guide up
To remove the body groomer attachment place your thumb on the
back of the attachment and push up.
Attachment
The taper control with 6-position switch enables
super fine cut adjustment for precision trimming.
Attach taper control by sliding the head onto the
tracks at the rear of the handle.
To increase the length by 0.5mm to a cutting
length of 1mm, slide the switch across so the line
is lined up with the desired length ie 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and
3.0mm.
To increase the length by a further 0.5mm to a cutting length of
1.5mm, slide the switch down so both 1 and 2 are visible above the
taper control switch.
Trimming
Precision Trimmer
Using the Precision Trimmer with 7-position comb guide or taper
comb guide
Attach the 7-position comb guides and select the required length
(2-14mm).
If you require more than one cutting length, start with the longest
length first.
Switch the trimmer on.
Hold the trimmer with the teeth of the trimmer pointing upwards,
yet flat against the skin.
Move the trimmer upwards and outward through the hair, against
the direction of hair growth.
The trimmer will work most efficiently when cutting through hair at
its own speed.
Never switch the appliance off whilst in the hair.
Note: The Precision Trimmer can be used without any comb guides
and will cut roughly to a length of 0.5mm.

To outline using the Precision Trimmer:

Do not attach a comb guide.
Hold the trimmer upside down with the blade facing downwards, yet
flat against the skin.
Move the trimmer gently downwards in small strokes around the
edge of the area you wish to outline.
Having defined the outline, hold the trimmer with the blades pointing
upwards, yet flat against the skin and move the trimmer upwards
against the direction of hair growth. This will trim the unwanted hair
adjacent to the outline.
Using the Body Groomer with comb guide:
Attach the body grooming attachment.
Add on the comb guide if a longer length is required
Switch the trimmer on.
Hold the trimmer flat against the skin.
Move the trimmer upwards and outward through
the hair, against the direction of hair growth.
Make sure to be particularly careful when trimming
sensitive areas.
The trimmer will work most efficiently when cutting
through hair at its own speed.
Never switch the appliance off whilst in the hair.
Note: The Body Groomer can be used without any comb guides and
will cut roughly to a length of 0.5mm.
Foil Shaver
Using the Foil Shaver:
For an ultra-smooth finish, use the foil shaver
attachment.
Always ensure the foil is not damaged before each
use.
Switch the trimmer on.
Move the shaver gently over the skin, applying
minimal pressure and shaving in the direction of
hair growth.

 Make sure to be particularly careful when trimming sensitive areas.

Never switch the appliance off whilst in the hair.
Nose & Ear Trimmer
Using the Nose & Ear Trimmer:
For the safe and easy removal of unwanted nose
and ear hair use the rotary trimmer head.
Switch the trimmer on.
Insert the trimmer into the nose or ear and gently
move the trimmer in a circular motion.
Only use the trimmer at the entrance to the ear or nose.
Do not use any deeper, as this could cause injury.
Never turn the trimmer off whilst in the nose and ear hair.
Detail Trimmer
Using the Detail Trimmer:
For accurate tramlines and detailed effects, attach
the Detail Trimmer head.
Switch the trimmer on.
Gently move the blade through the area of hair
you wish to trim.
The trimmer will work most efficiently when
cutting through hair at its own speed.
Never turn the trimmer off whilst in the hair.

MULTI VOLTAGE
This appliance has a multi voltage feature for worldwide use. The
voltage automatically converts for ease of use from 100v - 240v.
This appliance has an automatic internal converter which will
automatically convert the voltage without the need of a switch.
A suitable plug adaptor will be required, please refer to the chart
below.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

To maintain optimum performance, the appliance should be cleaned
after each use:
Remove the comb guide after use. Rinse under running water and dry
thoroughly before storage or use.
Remove the trimmer head after use. The heads are washable for
easy cleaning. Rinse under running water and dry thoroughly before
storage or use.
Do not disassemble the blades.

BATTERY DISPOSAL
The appliance contains Li-ion battery. To protect the environment,
the appliance must be disposed of safely at the end of its useful life.
Please take the appliance to a recycling centre, where the internal
rechargeable battery should be removed by a professional and recycled
separately.
