Executive Summary
The traditional Home Style Restaurant. Angry burger, sharbat-e-rahat,pista tea
,franchi,shami kabab,tikkasha,tikka botti,barrost,zengy ,milk tea ,soft drink are all on
menu.
The restaurant will be on partnership. Owners are Sheikh Anita farooqui and Sumera
Abro. Our project is pilot project, we are testing this project will run success or not.
The location is ferdous football ground. The location will also require some additional
renovation to update the lavatories increase table space in the dining area.
The dcor will feature wood accented chairs. Dinner style tables will be surrounded by
wooden chairs with comfortable seating cushions. This is the plan A and plan B is
besides ferdous football ground is park in park wooden benches are available and we can
use these benches for customers sitting. If plan B followed our cost of furniture will be
decreases.
Sale projections assume 100 customers per day.

serve a variety of classic home-style favorites from angry burger, pista tea, sharbat-erahat.

The restaurant will be owned by sheikh anitafarooqui and Sumera abro, they manage all
work themselves.
Owners continued her MBA Degree from the Shaheed Benazir University.
Now owners are gain experience by doing pilot project

The cost to open the restaurant is 25000. The majority of the expenses are in grosser is
about 2000 the location requires some build-out and renovation totally Rs. 5000

All of the start-up costs will be funded by the owners. The owners source of funds are
combination of two partners.

Recently the majority of the restaurant make this type of food but we make food
traditionally organize restaurant are also there in Nawabshah city and the customer want
traditional food as well. We to fulfill customers want.

We will be starting a fast food restaurant as a testing project or pilot project. People want
to spend the quality time with families and friends. Our project will successful then they

want of customer will complete. The restaurant is going to serve the major area of the
Nawabshah.

The area is in great need of a family style restaurant. The selection of fast food is

Aesal fast food returent open in Ferdos football ground it is pilote project. Aesal fast
food resturant it is family traditional style restaurant , city needs on this type of
restaurant and only city has two or four this types of restaurant thats why we open pilote
project because we see who much need in the market. We open this restaurant Ferdos
football ground beside Shaheed Bhutto university Nawabshah Shaheed Benazir abad
