Shafi Guesthouse can accommodate up to 8 guests and fully furnished with cooking
facilities.

House: Single storey house (3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms).
Spaces & Furnishing: Living hall with comfort sofa (can be converted to sofa bed), TV
set and dining table. Fully furnished kitchen cabinet, complete with cooking stoves,
fridge, washing machine, rice cooker, kettle and other necessary kitchen utensils.
Complete with iron, Solat facility, basic toiletries and clean towels.
Rooms: 3 rooms and comes with brand new queen size bed for master bedroom and 2
single beds for the other two rooms. In addition, the sofa can be converted to bed for
those with large family members.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with tip-top condition are provided with 1 connected to Master
bedroom.
Amenities: Mosque, Eating place, Retail shops, Laundry shop, Petrol station, Cybercafe,
ATM machine.
Location: Taman Putri Kulai, Kulai, Johor.
5 minutes from Toll Kulai (PLUS Highway), 5 minutes from Tesco Kulai, 20 minutes from
UTM Johor Bahru, 20 minutes from Senai Airport, 25 minutes from Johor Baharu, 25

The facilities in our guesthouse are of the highest standards as we want to give our best to our
guest.
RM150 Per night: weekdays from Sunday night Thursday night
RM180 Per night: weekends from Friday night Saturday night
RM800 Per Week
Festivities Rates
During festive seasons such as Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Convocation Day and Malaysian
festive holidays of Aidil Fitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
RM180 Per night: weekdays from Sunday night Thursday night
RM200 Per night: weekends from Friday night Saturday night
Terms and Conditions
1. Keys to the Homestay will be handed over to you upon complete payment received.

2. Receipt will be given on every transaction

3. Check In time is 2 pm and Check Out time is 12 pm.
4. Please keep the house clean and taking care like your own.
5. Non halal food, alcoholic drink are strictly forbidden.
6. No pet allowed
7. Deposit only refundable for cancelation not less than a week from reservation date.
8. Sur-charge will be made to check-in within 10pm - 7 am.
