COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, Susan L. Malibugan, of legal age, mother of the herein 11 year old

victim Areola Marrie L. Malibugan and a resident of Barangay Culiat, Visayas
Ave., Quezon City to represent my daughter after being sworn in accordance
with law depose and say that:

1. That the respondent Iris S. Anacleto is our neighbour;

2. That we knew him for 5 years since 2011 when we occupied the we are
currently using which is owned by Mrs. Liza D. Makulangan;
3. That 3 years have pass our relation, due to proximity of our location to
each other, has built trust and confidence on him as our neighbour;
4. That from 3 years we built our relation to each other every time we go
out to go to the market we always seek the help of Iris S. Anacleto to
look after the care of our 11 year old daughter Areola Marrie L.
Malibugan;
5. That sometime in January, April, June 2015 when we are out in the
market the accused touch the private parts of our daughter and
started to raped her;
6. That the accused told our daughter that if anybody become aware of
the incident he will kill her parents;
7. That sometime in May 2016,the same incident happened again inside
the room of my daughter but after the incident at 7:30pm our
daughter told us the whole story ;

I executed the foregoing Complaint-Affidavit to represent my

daughter in this case, attest to the truth of the facts stated and for the purpose
of charging respondent with the crime of rape.

INFORMATION

The undersigned, City Prosecutor, upon a sworn complaint originally filed

by the mother of the victim, SUSAN L. MALIBUGAN, accuses IRIS S. ANACLETO
of the crime of RAPE, committed as follows:

That on several occasions from 2015 - 2016, in Quezon City, Philippines,

and within the jurisdiction of this court, the above-named accused, IRIS S.
ANACLETO, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously raped an 11
year old child named AREOLA MARRIE L. MALIBUGAN.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
