Can we have a checklist (e.g. the list on p28 of the user-guide-ivet-student handbook) where the beneficiaries have to tick the documents that they have prepared? When some
of the boxes remain un-ticked, the system will feedback a message to say they are not ready to proceed and the beneficiary must prepare documents X and Y to complete the list.
