1. I choose HR specialist and Business Development Manager, between


these two business development manager have more paid than HR
specialist. This is what I expected Because business development
manager have specific jobs rather than Human Resources Manager and
the salary is in the range based what I get from Kelly services. Factors
could explain the differences is from their job competence which is
education background, experiences, work load, work condition, etc.
2. Yes they do have differences on percentage bonuses, the differences
comes from level occupation and performance appraisal.
3. Based on the data both Business development manager and HR

managers do not include the value stock option. The implication of this
that stock option depend on the company who create the regulation
about stock option. Stock Option Plans permit employees to share in
the companys success without requiring a startup business to spend
precious cash. In fact, Stock Option Plans can actually contribute
capital to a company as employees pay the exercise price for their
options.
