Discussed Frys Rewards, need to continue getting the word out to parents (ongoing)
Julie briefed remaining members needing to be cleared by the district, missing subbooster data, and legal obligation (open)
Booster business cards for Main Booster still in the works (open)

New Business
Drop Box expires 21 Oct 16, need to check with Stephanie
Banner Program was not discussed due to administration absence, meeting will be
schedule to meet with administration on the new process for the program
Next meeting is November 7 at 6:00 p.m., meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m.

Julie informed Boosters to continue pushing the Frys Rewards program (ongoing)
New Business
New Banner Program was not discussed due to administration absence, meeting will be
schedule to meet with administration on the new process for the program
Presidents Report
Julie reminded members that anyone volunteering over 5 hours needs to be cleared by the
district, if any member change new submissions must be generated, board members
cannot work for the district, and she will notify members that need to be cleared

Open Discussion
Tiffany D, inquired about the Administration response in regards to the congestion at the
football games with the Boosters selling gear for their sport, Julie mentioned she will
reach out to Mr. Kuffle to find out the status so they are prepared for the Homecoming
game, football is open to the idea of opening the platform for others to raise funds
Beth K, Baseball booster wanted to know the status of the Banner Sponsorship program.
She currently has 8 sponsors and do not want to lose them due to the program not being
implemented, Julie will reach out to Mr. Kuffle to get update ASAP on the new program
Next meeting is November 7 at 6:30 p.m., meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
