Summarizing

The success of a project is a collective effort, and does not solely rest on the
shoulders of the leader. Since the leader shouldnt focus on the nitty gritty jobs and instead
focus more on the goals of the team, it is definitely more efficient to delegate tasks properly.
Not only does it save time, it also tends to lessen stress and pressure. On the other hand,
the team members also benefit from the breaking down and assigning of tasks. It will help
them learn new skills as well as master old ones. In the end, they emerge with more initiative
and confidence to face bigger responsibilities.
In the activity, the leader lost his capability to work on the task hands on, and was
forced to assign members to handle materials in order to accomplish the emergency tundra.
It was important to make sure the members were working together efficiently without the
leaders physical help.

Since delegation is important for efficiency and development, the lack of it results to a
project specifically done by the leader himself or a certain group of individuals only.
