In continued response to our goal of bringing the youth closer to the Church and the Church closer

to the youth, the Commission on Youth Novaliches (COY NOVA) will be holding its 1 Diocesan
Youth Congress to present and ratify the COY Vision, Mission, By Laws and Guidelines. The
Congress will be the first of many assemblies aimed at further improving its service for the youth of
the Diocese through essential, impactful and responsive programs.
In this light, we are inviting the Vicariate Youth Priest Coordinators, Vicariate Youth Coordinators
and PYM Coordinators to enjoin us in this very important milestone. The Congress will take place on
October 26, 2013 at Palace of the Rock, St. Peter Parish; Shrine of Leaders. Registration starts at
7:00AM.
As we aim to instil ownership among the stakeholders of the youth ministry, PYM Coordinators are
requested to fill out the attached Registration Form duly signed by the Parish Priest and return the
same not later than October 19, 2013. Please see additional instructions below.
