Congratulations! You have been selected as a finalist for a Texas Cultural Trust technology grant! Your
grant proposal was found to be well-deserving by the technology grant panel and aligned with the
curricula of the Arts and Digital Literacy Initiative. As a grantee, you have been funded the full amount
listed in your proposal budget of $3,865.81. This funding supports purchases for:

You will receive your check mid-August. Attached is a form for you to fill out after you have purchased
your technology, which will then be mailed to the Texas Cultural Trust or emailed to me, Claire
Moyers, at cmoyers@txculturaltrust.org, no later than Monday, August 31, 2015. Copies of receipts
for all purchased items are required with the form.
Also attached is the required reporting form. This form is due at the end of this fall semester on
Friday, November 20, and at the end of the spring semester on Friday, April 29, 2016. Please type your
answers directly on the Word document and email back to me at cmoyers@txculturaltrust.org.
