3.Threemonthsextensionforcargoshipcertificatesontheharmonisedsurveysystemforships(oronemonthforshortvoyages)toenabletheship
tocompleteitsvoyage.
4.Whenanextensionhasbeengranted,theperiodofvalidityofthenewcertificateistostartfromtheexpirydateoftheexistingcertificatebeforeits
extension.
5.Therenewalsurveymaybecompletedwithinthreemonthsbeforetheexpirydateoftheexistingcertificate.
