1. Introduction:
Specialized ambulance service is a service where peoples are get the transportation
service as well as the medical service. In this service they can get the primary medical
service in the ambulance. Sometimes we noticed that patients are died on the road due to
not getting the treatment, in this service we are trying to ensure this treatment facility with
our skilled doctors.

1.1 Rational of the study:

This topic is taken by me in considering the current situation of Dhaka citys traffic jam.
There are so many patients who are died on the road. A survey said that by providing
them this type of service then they will be benefited. As a business graduate student if I
start my carrier in this services then I think it will be a great opportunity for me to
establish myself as a successful entrepreneur in this sector.
Because now a days peoples are want to get a good service, if the service is sound then
even though they dont think about the money. Emergency medical service is needed for
all the different levels of peoples. So there is no problem to find out the target market in
this business.

2. Statements of the problems:

What happens in an emergency situation when a patients needs to go urgently to the
hospitals but due to having a heavy traffic jam the ambulance do not move, Does the
traditional ambulance service can solve this problem?
In the traditional ambulance service does not meet this problem, so in this situation if
people use the specialized emergency ambulance service then they can easily solve this
problem by their high technology medical instruments, by their skilled doctors. So they
can provide the patients primary treatment in the road by their doctors.

3. Scope of the study :

3.1 Study locations:
A study has been already conducted by us from Uttara to Bananni. There are so many
hospitals in this area. This study found that there are some hospitals who have high
facility ambulance , but those ambulances are only used to transportation to bring the
patient in their hospitals. They are not allow to give the permission for the transportation
to elsewhere.
And there are no doctor facilities in their ambulance.
