CLARIFICATION OF USE OF BOND

Some people have a great misunderstanding of how the bond is used. The bond is not
for payment or discharge of any debt for the FICTION. The people in the Texas
Republic are Sovereign. The Sovereign is using the Bond to tell the Crown's Court and
the Crown's agents (ALL OF THEM INCLUDING THE POLICE, SHERIFF, ETC)
that the Sovereign is not the FICTION or the security for the FICTION. (A PARTY IS
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEBT OF ANOTHER, ONE MAN CAN'T BE HELD TO
PAY FOR ANOTHER'S CRIME). If they can come up with a Lawful Contract or debt
that the Sovereign himself/herself is responsible for here, is the credit will discharge the
matter, the account is settled. After the Sovereign has tendered the Bond any preceding
after that is double jeopardy. But once the Crown Bench and the Crown's Esquires have
attached the DEFENDANT (THE FICTION) TO THE BODY OF TI-IE SOVEREIGN
AND PUT T14E SOVEREIGN IN THE CROWN'S COMMERCIAL PRISION, IT IS
HARD TO GET A REVERSAL. If a reversal would happen, then all the agents of the
Crown, including the Crown herself, would be liable for the crimes against the
Sovereign. That is probably the main reason the Esquires (THE BAR CARD
ATTORNEYS) are allowed to run wild unsupervised and uncontrolled in their crime
spree against the people of Texas, a Republic.

BOND FLOW CHART

 1. Upon receipt of Debt Claim by any CORPORATION. Make sure you have a "Value"
on the Debt Claim. If you do not get one, call the CORPORATION, COURT, etc and
ask them for the "Value" of the Debt.
2. Make sure your UCC- I filing on your STRAWMAN is in place.
3. Stamp or Write across at a diagonal in Red, Blue, Green, Pink --- anything but black,
the
following:

ACCEPTED FOR VALUE AS TRUE

AND RETURN BY BOND IN EXCHANGE FOR
DISCHARGE, CLOSURE, AND SETTLEMENT
OF THE ACCOUNTING

4. Make the BOND to discharge the Debt Claim.

5. If you want to place in on your UCC- 1 through the 3, do so at this time.
6. Prepare 3 Packages for mailing.
7. The original BOND (there can only be one) goes to the Debt Collector. All others must
be stamped with COPY.

Produce the all Legal Documents about the Annexation for the Republic of Texas and all
documents thereof.

Produce the bill passed by the Congress that established an Article III Court outside of
Washington, D.C.
Are you registered with the Secretary of State of the State of Texas as a Foreign Agent?

Do you fly the Republic of Texas Flag on your building and inside your building?

Do you fly the American Flag on the outside of the building without the gold fringe on it and on the
inside of your building, do you fly the flag with the gold fringe?

Does this mean that outside of that building you do not have venue or jurisdiction and on the inside,
you claim venue and jurisdiction?

Does the IRS or CID have to get the permission of a Texian or report to the County Sheriff and the
Chief of Police of a City to approach one of We the Peoples property in their presence?

Does the FBI have to get the permission of a Texian or County Sheriff and the Chief of Police of a City
to approach one of We the Peoples property in their presence?

Does the CIA have to get the permission of a Texian or County Sheriff and the Chief of Police of a City
to approach one of We the Peoples property in their presence?

Do you have the authority to enter a Texian property without his/her permission?

In Texas, do the people have the right to defend their property?

to Cease and Desist in your actions for violations of My God Given Rights, My Common Law
Rights, and the right to make a legal determination about my affairs. There is no venue and
