requirement of 33KV/11KV Electrical Items for Substation Extension under DDUGJY Scheme at Meerut Location,
A/c PVVNL and subsequently our OFFER Nos. LIPS/HPPL/Quo/989 dated 02-07-2016, LIPS/HPPL/Quo/989-1
dated 06-09-2016 & LIPS/HPPL/Quo/989-2 dated 09-09-2016. Now, kindly refer to your esteemed PO No. 136
dated 05-10-2016 & Revised PO No. 136 dated 14-10-2016 respectively. We have very carefully evaluated our all
OFFERS & your both the POs and we also analyzed the market rates because financial year is very near and after
evaluation we excluded some of the items from the Revised PO and amended some very little changes in the
prices due to hike in prices from OEM supplier(s) end, therefore, we are once again pleased to submit our most

COMMERCIAL TERMS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at v a r i o u s l o c a t i o n s .
2. EXCISE DUTY: NIL.
3.

SALES TAX: Shall be charged extra @ 2% against form C or VAT @ 5%.

4. DELIVERY: As per mutual discussion.

5. PAYMENTS: 30% unconditional advance alongwith technically & commercially clear Purchase Order
and balance 70% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch after successful inspection, if required.
6.

VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer. Beyond this date, Prices
shall stand to be Revised or Written Confirmation from our end is required.

7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates
of the items suppliers mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase
in the rates of these items on account of price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be
charged extra to your account.
8. WARRANTEE: Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or
18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier against any manufacturing defects.
9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of items shall be carried out at our Principals works. Items shall be
manufactured / inspected at Ghaziabad.
10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not
submitted then difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.
11. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.
12. PACKING: Packing Charges shall be extra @ 2.5%. (MANDATORY)
13. OCTORI: Shall be borne by you.
14. MAKE: APPROVED VENDOR OF PVVNL.
15. TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE: The offered items are strictly as per your Amended BOM / technical
specification provided to us.
16. VENDOR REGISTRATION: Fresh Vendor Approval shall be in your scope, if required.

17. FORCE MAJURE: we shall be under no liability under any contract arising out of our offer wherever
fulfillment our and/or our sub-vendors or suppliers obligations are hindered or prevented by causes
beyond our/their control such as war, strikes, lock-outs, fire, accidents, epidemics, orders of
government or other duly constituted authority.
