PHYSICIAN HOSPITAL ORGANIZATIO
POSITION SUMMARY
Exempt (Salaried Not eligible for overtime) The Clinical Data Analyst'Statistician will provide
analytical expertise to work with various data repositories and develop clinical measurements and
Performance reporting for clinicians, providers, and hospitals. The analyst will take directons from
the clinical and business stakeholders to transiate clinical business needs into actionable
information and provide technical ways in populating and automating operational and quallly
reports. The analyst will use SAS and other advanced statistical analytical tools o develop
slatistical algorithms, ensure data quality and integnty, and aggregate information and provide
Predictive analytics from various large databases such as SQL, CSV, flat fle etc
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, Public Health or
related field, Three (3) years healthcare analytical experience a plus, Advanced computer skills in
SAS andlor SPSS required. Clinicalinealthcare background strongly preferred. Work experience
may NOT substitute for minimum education requirement.

+ _ Investigate and evaluate altemative solutions to meet business needs documents methods,
specifications and findings clearly; write/present results findings and conclusions,
Calculate clinical metrics using healthcare data from various sources.
+ Design and automate data preparation and reporting programs across clients,
+ Manage projects and customer expectations to achieve satisfaction
‘+ Participate in project planning, study designs, report formals and statistical methodologies
+ Maintain and keep in total confidence, all files, dacuments and records that pertain to the
operation of business of Conifer Health Solutions.
Validate the integrity and accuracy of data.

+ Responsible for commitments to quality and on-time deliverables
+ Extract, integrate and process data to support reporting of providers clinical performance,
outcomes, and populations health
