Using a detailed online questionnaire we
are able to gain a high level understanding
of your existing service requirements and
risks, as well as your infrastructure capacity
and IT costs.

Based on the information you provide,

we conduct a one day workshop
to explore the data in more detail.
This approach assesses the suitability
of Vodafones Cloud offering (called Flexible
Computing), and other hosting services.
We will also identify potential cost savings
from using these services.

of the assessment and any additional

How Cloud Snapshot works

Cloud adoption methodology
Vodafone has designed a standard
methodology to support organisations
in developing and realising their Cloud
and hosting plans. This unique approach
is comprised of two phases, Inform and
Transform. This ensures that a practical
adoption plan can be developed in-line with
the businesss objectives. The Cloud Snapshot
forms the first step of the Inform phase.

During the Inform phase of the Cloud

Adoption Methodology, we help qualify the
opportunity to leverage Cloud and hosting
services quantifying the potential benefits.
Once a business case has been delivered as
part of the Inform stage, the organisation is
then ready to proceed into the Transform
phase, which guides customers through the
process of service migration.
