PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesias newest

growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area
mining concession in Bulungan Regency North Kalimantan is targeted to be
a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal
for the benefit of mankind.
To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business
entities and projects,
we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm,
respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in
Bulungan Site -North Kalimantan.
1. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (ELC)
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
Familiar with material handling works, thorough knowledge and
demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a
must.
Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument
The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.
Able to work as a part of a team and individually.
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
2. PORT CAPTAIN (PCT)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III
(minimum)
Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling coal barges. Fresh
graduate are welcome.
Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.

 Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)

Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various
situations
Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)
3. LONGTERM PLAN ENGINEER (LT)
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Mining/Geology/Civil Engineering
Having minimum 3-4 years experience in most aspects of open cut coal
mining and processing
Able to operate mining software (minescape : strat model, open cut)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result
oriented, able to work under pressure
Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually
4. SURVEY SUPERVISOR (SVY)
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Geodetic Engineering
Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
Able to operating software & survey tools
Having POP Certified are preferable
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.
5. PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PRJ)
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Having minimum 2 years working experience, preferably supervisor
specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Proven skill on CAD software
Having a level of accuracy, good calculation accuracy and have strong
negotiation skill.
Understand technical calculation buildings.
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
