Axommsoft PDF Encryption software is advance application used to encrypt pdf documents in batch mode using 40/128 bits RC4 and 128
bits AES encryption level. Software can add pdf user password (need to open pdf file) and owner password (need to restrict pdf file for print,
edit, content & graphics copy & form fill etc.) .

System Requirement:
Please make sure your system meets the following minimal requirements before installation:
OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8
CPU: 500 MHz processor
RAM: 256 MB
Hard disk requirement of at least 20 MB

Installation:
Follow the steps to install software:
#Download software file from website.
#Double-click the downloaded file to start installation.
#Follow the instructions to install software on your computer.

Register your software:
After you install the program, a registration window opens, prompting you to register your product. It is important to register your software
in order to receive technical support or other information from us.
To register your software, do this:
Enter your name in User Name entry box.
Enter license key in Activation Key entry box.

Click OK to register.
Note: The registration box will open each time you run the program until you register

Un-installation:
Uninstall from the Start Menu:
To uninstall your software from the Start menu, do this:
Click Start > Programs > [name of program] > Uninstall [product name]. The uninstall wizard opens.
Follow the uninstall wizard to remove the program.
Uninstall from the Control Panel
To uninstall your software from the Control Panel, do this:
Open Control Panel.
Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Select the program name, then click Change/Remove.
Follow the uninstall wizard to remove the program.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Use of Axommsoft PDF Encryption (hereinafter "SOFTWARE") is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Axommsoft Software (hereinafter "AUTHOR") grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is
licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement.
Shareware Version
Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without
charge. If you use this SOFTWARE after evaluation a registration fee is required. The registration fee grants you the right to use this
SOFTWARE for an unlimited time, and does not display any registration reminders. When payment is received, you will be sent your own
personal registration code.
Registered Version

Single User (Personal & Business license - One User)

Single user license states that only a single copy of application should be run at a time. This can not be installed and run on multiple
computers.

Multi User License (Business license - Limited users more than one)

A multi-user license includes one license key with permissions to install the software on multiple workstations.
Note: Term Multiple is limited and its total number will be decided during license purchase.

Site License (Site license - Unlimited users)

Site license states that unlimited users can use SOFTWARE on all computers at a single physical location.
2. SCOPE OF GRANT
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE, or engage in any other activities to obtain underlying
information that is not visible to the user in connection with normal use of the SOFTWARE. You may not modify, rent, or resell for profit
this SOFTWARE, or create derivative works based upon this SOFTWARE. You may not publicize or distribute any registration code
algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this SOFTWARE without permission from the AUTHOR.
In no event shall the AUTHOR's liability exceed the purchase price of the SOFTWARE. Additionally, NO REFUNDS will be given after
purchase of the SOFTWARE. You must utilize the evaluation period to decide if the SOFTWARE meets your needs and is compatible with
your systems.
3. COPYRIGHT
This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws.
4. DISTRIBUTION
Only the shareware version of this SOFTWARE may be freely distributed.
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the shareware version, you may distribute this SOFTWARE on on-line services, bulletin
boards, or other electronic media provided that it is not modified and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files, and
provided that no fee is charged. This SOFTWARE may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the
permission of the AUTHOR.
5. TERMINATION
The license will terminate and will not be legal if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
AXOMMSOFT PDF ENCRYPTION IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Follow the table given below to know all options in detail:

ADD pdf files to encrypt.

ADD whole directory of pdf

DELETE any wrong entry. To delete, select pdf from list (NO.-5) and press
Delete button.

Clear all entries from list (No.5).

Shows all the files added for encryption.

Encrypt pdf with 40 bits RC4 encryption level.(Acrobat 4.x, 5.x)

Encrypt pdf with 128 bits RC4 encryption level.(Acrobat 5.x or above)

Encrypt pdf with 128 bits AES encryption level.(Acrobat 7.x or above)

Set USER PASSWORD: used to open pdf file. It does not apply any
restrictions on pdf file.

Set OWNER PASSWORD: used to apply restrictions on pdf.

Allow pdf print, edit, copy, form fill, add annotations, document accessibility
and assembly.

Add suffix in output pdf file name.

Keeps original file name as input name.

Set save path for encrypted pdf files.

Opens the location of output folder in a single hit.

Encrypt all pdf files (no-5) and save encrypted pdf at location no.-15.

Using the software:

First go to position nnumber 1.
Select encryption level by following position number 6,7 & 8.
Use position number 9 if need to set pdf open password. Check the tick box and enter user password.
Use position number 10 if need to set restrictions on pdf. Check the tick box and enter the owner password. Now position number 11 will
be activated to set various restrictions on pdf.
Go to position number 14 to set output location.
Finally click ENCRYPT PDF at position number 16. Click position number 15 to view encrypted pdf.
