IV. Validity of this quotation - 30 days from to-date.

a. Process setup - will charge the cost of material for piping more than 5 meter per unit
machine.
V. Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase
The warranty period shall not be applicable under the following circumstances :
a. The defects is caused by the attack of fire, lightening, natural disaster, pollution,
abnormal voltage or the usage of generator, riots or accidents
b. The unit being tempered with altered in any way or subject to misuse, negligence,
vandalism or accidental damages
c. Conversion and remodeling.
d. Damages by animal and insect.
Items, which are subject to wear and tear, such as plastics parts, fluorescent lamp and lamp
cover, not be covered under warranty. In the event of that there are any defect are
discovered in the products within grace period (2 week) and 12 month(if warranty), the
Purchaser shall notify the Supplier and specifically states such defects with the machine
model number and serial number in writing and the Supplier shall promptly replace the
defective parts. The replacement parts shall have same functionally, however, will not
necessarily be anew or unused products
Loss and or costs which may arise to the property damages and personal injury caused by
or resulting from the malfunction or failure of the defective parts in the products, improper
installation of the products and electrical components, and an unexpected or uncontrollable
events or other factors such as electrical power shall not liable by the Supplier even though
it occurs in or out of the warranty period.
