3) The tenant has agreed to pay the monthly rent of Rs10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Thousand only) to the owner within 5 th of every calendar month without fail in
case the tenant fails to pay the rent continuously for the period of two
months(2months).then the owner shall have a right to cancel the agreement
irrespective of the period mentioned in this agreement and evict the tenant and
enter the schedule premises without the recourse of law
4)The Tenant shall use the premises only for his business i.e Cyber Cafe and not
use the same for any other trade or practice in the schedule premises or shall
not use the same for immoral or illegal purposes and shall not keep any
contraband articles prohibited by law
5) The tenant shall not sublet, underlet or part with the possession of premises to
anyone whosever, during the period of tenancy
6) The tenant has agree to pay the monthly electricity and water consumption
charges to concern department and the maintain the proper receipt having paid
the same
