Management
Supports data query, parameter setting and system control through the LCD.
Alarm
When faults occur on the power system, the CSU reports alarms and takes protection
measures.
Monitoring
Collects the operation data of the power system and monitors its operating status
in real time.
Transmits data to the supervision center (SC), and monitors the power system
remotely in accordance with the orders received from the SC.
Web functions
After the CSU is connected to the network, you can access the CSU by using IE7 or
a later version.

Output Features .........................................................................................................3-3
Power Decrease With High Temperature ....................................................................3-3
Under-Voltage Protection
When the AC input voltage is lower than the under-voltage threshold, the rectifier
automatically shuts down and provides no output. Meanwhile, the alarm indicator is on.
After the AC input voltage reaches the under-voltage recovery threshold, the rectifier
automatically recovers.
The under-voltage recovery threshold = the AC input under-voltage threshold + the return
difference.
The AC input under-voltage threshold is (85 5) V and the return difference ranges from
8 V to 12 V.
Over-Voltage Protection
When the AC input voltage is higher than the over-voltage threshold, the rectifier
automatically shuts down and provides no output. Meanwhile, the alarm indicator is
on. After the AC input voltage falls to the over-voltage recovery threshold, the rectifier
automatically recovers.
The over-voltage recovery threshold = the AC input over-voltage threshold the return
difference.
3-1
SJ-20130503085935-001|2014-01-03 (R1.2)
The AC input over-voltage threshold is (295 5) V and the return difference ranges from
5 V to 10 V.
Power Limit
The rectifier limits its output power according to the input voltage.
See Figure 3-1 for the power limit feature of the rectifier when the following conditions are
met.

(855 V)
4. Over-voltage threshold

3-2
SJ-20130503085935-001|2014-01-03 (R1.2)
As shown in Figure 3-2, the output features of the rectifier can be concluded as follows:
l
l
l
When the output voltage ranges from 42 V to 48 V, the maximum output current is
constant.
When the output voltage ranges from 48 V to 59.5 V, the maximum output power is
constant.
When the output voltage is lower than 36 V, the rectifier restarts for protection.
When the environment temperature ranges from -25 to +55 and the input voltage
ranges from 85 V to 176 V, the rectifier still has the above output features. However,
because of the power limit feature, when the input voltage ranges from 85 V to 176 V, the
output power cannot reach the highest percentage (100%). Therefore, the input voltage
affects the maximum output power and maximum output current.
