Race team technical support- composites.
Hands on travelling race team support for composites,
providing support and feedback between factory and
travelling team at races. Involved in all aspects of repair,
replacement and refurbishment of car components.
Integral role providing all needed composite support.
Family reasons are forcing a sudden and unexpected

Employing all my mechanical and composite model
making skills preparing and assembling various wind
tunnel models. Responsibilities also included tunnel
testing at various wind tunnel facilities, organising and

Workshop Manager.
Control of day to day running, work planning and
scheduling in busy pattern and machining shop.
Responsibilities include raw material ordering,
work scheduling, consumable ordering, personnel
deployment, all general machine maintenance
and all other associated tasks. Occasional travel as
composite technician/Formula E mechanic for Amlin
Aguri/ NEXTEV Formula E team.

Involved in all aspects of mechanical and S.L.A
modelmaking, enabling the constant flow of parts
to the development environment. Rotating with other
staff within the working section to allow constant
testing .Switched to day shift model maker.
Last two years saw me splitting the racing
calendar with another colleague, travelling to races,
taking care of front/ rear wing build, aero fit and
finish of bodywork. Also allowing me to further
develop my mechanic skills.
Force India Formula 1 Ltd, Brackley, Northants.
Model Maker.
Second in charge of a 5 man team preparing parts for
2009 and 2010 model front end. Working shifts to
allow constant development of current model car.
Personal projects also included structural design
and manufacture of new wind tunnel composite
wheel control arms.

Worked as part of 5 man team,
manufacturing mainly composite parts.
Wind tunnel experience 2-3 days per week when required.
Switched to above role because of imminent redundancies.

Responsible for a 12 man team of laminating staff then after a 3
year period, a 6 man trimming/fitting staff, manufacturing IRL,
CART and Sportscars. Also involved in all process aspects of
USA Olympic 4 man bobsled.

Part Time Teacher.
Teaching composite chassis technologies to, between 10 and 25
students every 10 week semester, including practical training at
E.M.T. This included syllabus writing, preparation and student
grading.
With a tutor colleague, set up and ran a Formula BMW team in
