NEEDLE DETECTION REPORT

* Total quality of each baby and children orders should pass the needle detector machine.
* If any sample fails, find the metal part keep it in a separate report.
* If metal parts is not found put failing garment a side and make sure it is destroyed.
* Each garment should pass the needle detector one by one as a final check just before packing.
* Make sure garment dose not return back into production unit after needle detection is made.
* Needle detector matchin should be calibrated at least 3 times a day.
* This report should only be used for H&M orders.
