Program Management
Improved critical programs, re-enforcing safeguard procedures through the development of a regular
review and audit process for all reactor control division programs leading to an increase in staff
proficiency by 50%.

Served as the Senior Electrical Engineer Program Manager in charge of three multisite teams tasked
with supplying Post-Fukushima Hardened Ventilation Systems to the US Nuclear Fleet.
Successfully reverse engineered and developed qualification program and testing for an ultra-low
pressure differential pressure switch (patent pending) for the Belgium Nuclear Power Authority.
Developed Qualification testing programs to include design specifications, testing procedures and
testing requirements for Harsh Environment Qualification based upon European customer needs.
Engineering Operations
Led/trained a 70-member division in all safe/procedurally-compliant reactor and primary plant
operations, and in the completion of preventative/corrective maintenance on equipment for all
instrumentation and controls systems for rod controls, reactor safety systems, and protection measures.
Directed critical root cause analysis process and led the change management program at the executive
level to improve senior-level decision-making, therefore, improving resource management leading to
an increase in production by 15%.
Managed the program overhaul of the Navy Nuclear Training pipeline for junior and senior level staff
conducted lectures, courses, and exams leading to an increased student loading of 95%.
