SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT COUNCIL MEETING ON
SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, AT 1:00 P.M AT SCHOOL STAGE.
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING MRS.MARJORIE D.AZUCENA, THE SCHOOL TREASURER TO RELEASE THE
SSG FUND TO FINANCE SSG PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the SSG council agreed to construct gate welcome arc at the school main entrance;
WHEREAS, the SSG council has no sufficient fund to defray the proposed construction of the project;
WHEREAS, the SSG council agreed to request Mrs. Marjorie D. Azucena, the school treasurer to release the SSG fund to
finance the said proposed project.
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion by Wavie Calante SSG officer and duly seconded by Marjorie Llena the said motion was
approved.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING MR. MYRNANDO C. PONSICA THRU MS.KIMBERLLY DIANE
A.PANTINOPLE, THE SCHOOL TREASURER TO RELEASE THE SSG DEVELOPMENTAL FUND.
WHEREAS, during SSG convention it had been agreed that the SSG treasurer is authorized to handle and manage,
disburse, budget, on any foregoing projects expenses and expenditures;
WHEREAS, the council agreed for the transfer of the amount collected by the school treasurer, must be transferred
to the SSG account.
WHEREAS, the SSG council also agreed each priorities a project, particularly the gate arc at the main entrance of
the school;
WHEREAS, the SSG council agreed to submit a project proposal and the liquidation of the said project and for any
legal purposes;
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion by Bonifacio L. Urot SSG officer and duly seconded by Irene A.Tumarong the
said motion was approved.
Attached herewith, the signature of the SSG and excerpt from SSG Constitution and by-Laws regarding financial
matters.

THE REVISED CONSTITUTION AND


BY-LAWS OF
SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT
This article on Finance incorporates all the provisions embodied in Enclosure 2 to DepED Order No. 34, S. 2008
On the Mandated Thrust, Programs and Activities of the Supreme Student Government to ensure accountability,
transparency and proper management of the SSG Developmental Fee and any of its funds.
Article XVIII Finance Sec. 1 The SSGs funds shall be classified into Trust Funds and Special Funds. Trust
Funds shall consist of the SSG developmental Fee, the amount of which shall be regulated by the SSG in
consultation and with the approval of the School Head but in no case shall it exceed the limit set by the Department
of education in an appropriate official issuance. The special funds are funds that come from donations,
sponsorship, fund-raising projects or any amount derived from legitimate sources.
Sec. 4
The SSG shall deposit all funds received and collected immediately to a reputable bank under the
account of the SSG President and Treasurer.
Sec. 7
The SSG shall enjoy the freedom to determine its priorities in the disbursement of its funds, provided
that it shall be actually, directly, and exclusively used to support and/or finance the SSG programs, projects and
activities.
Sec. 9 The SSG President and the treasurer shall be the signatory of all disbursement funds and bank withdrawals
in the SSG.
