If an item is the same but different color or something else different about the Item, it needs to be listed as a separate
item with the specifications and the quantity.
Departments do not have to write the specifications but the all the specifications must be provided for each item. You
must decide on color, fabric, etc. before we go out for bid.
Catalog picture must be provided for each model and catalog specification sheet to provide detail of each item.
Any special or important specifications must be documented by the manufacture in their brochure or catalog description
to prove the item has that feature. Provide that documentation.
