Course Leader

Mr CT, Tai has extensive experience in software development and projects management. His
expertise are on helping clients leverage on MS Excel and Visual Basic Application (VBA) to
automate key tasks and improve their productivity as well as MS Access development and
enhancement.
Tai holds an MBA (Project Management). He is a PRINCE2 practitioner, Certified Scrum
Master and HRDF registered trainer. He is fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. He is
very passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience via consultation and training. His

derives his satisfaction from seeing participants learn something new from him, apply them in
their workplace and then able to grow from there onward.
A few of his key projects comprised of customized software development, systems integration,
SAP ERP implementation and SAP endorsed industry solution. He had designed and
revamped organizational wide Projects & Portfolio Management (PPM) process, participated in
cross-project monitoring & control initiatives and led internal CMMI initiative.

Mr P. Kulo is an experienced software consultant, trainer and lecturer. His area of interest is
Office and Corporate Productivity. His expertise is in helping clients (both MNCs and
Malaysian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) achieve higher productivity by leveraging on
MS SharePoint and MS Office applications.

Mr Kulo is a double masters degree holder (MBA and MIT) as well as a Certified Microsoft
Professional and Professional Scrum Master. He is fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
and thus is able to conduct corporate training in either or both languages.
He also is currently a guest lecturer at Taylors University, Malaysia, teaching Software
Engineering, Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling and Data Mining subjects. He has
served a few multinational corporations at senior manager position.
