Research Focus: Public health; Change; Leadership

What an exciting time to be a nurse and to be in nursing

education. Nothing is constant, and we can be drivers of
change in the health care system. Members of our profession
are needed more than ever, yet are in short supply. We at the
University of Virginia are designing and implementing educational programs, research, and practice relevant
to todays needs and designed to prepare nurses to lead in whatever career they choose.
