At 9.15am,Plant tripped due to DT-2 transformer Oil leakage in top side and bus duct
At 12.35pm, TG breaker manually opened due to WTP Transformer HV winding Temperature Ala
At 10.45pm, Plant tripped due to 6.6kv WTP Breaker tripped by ABB service engineer for testing
In switchyard, Line-1 breaker SF6 gas topup work done upto 7kg/cm2 from 5.3kg/cm2
In 625KVA DG , Engine oil and filter changed
At 10.55am, Plant tripped due to PA fan to Wind box duct air leakage.
At 4.45pm, Plant tripped manually due to Gen. Transformer oil leakage
ACW-1 motor feeder changed from WTP MCC to ACC MCC in 3.5meter

At 10.56am, Plant tripped due to BFP-2 discharge gasket failure.After 5second line breaker trippe
due to Over load power acted in REF670 relay.Then Setting changed from 3.8MW, 5sec to 4.28M
At 4.50pm, Plant tripped due to ID fan-2 earth fault tripped.Then meggar value checked.Y phase
Then Y-Phase cable removed in feeder side and motor side
At 1.15pm, Plant tripped manually due to ID fan-1 tripped with field bus communication error
At 12.23am ID fan-1,SA-1,SA-2 tripped due to DC under voltage
