Dear Sir,
During my inspection of canal bank road on 13-09-2012, it has
been observed that staff of PHA is making small trenches of approximately 8-9 deep on
earthen berms for plantation purpose. The rain water if accumulated on these trenches for
longer time, may seep through and may cause settlement or may become a cause of any
rind of abhorrent behavior.
In this contort the matter is reported to you with the request to
ask DG PHA Lahore to get the job done to avoid any un-desired behavior of road.

ROAD TO BHUBTIAN CHOWK DEFENCE ROAD TO MOHLANWAL
MULTAN ROAD LENGTH 14 KM.

Your letter No. Nil. Dated 04-03-2013.

As reported by Sub Divisional officer concerned, you are requested to deposit an

Amount of Rs-468000-.fter the depositing of charges and undertaking NOC will be issued to you for
execution. If you agree to the terms and conditions listed below
i. Under no circumstance, the traffic on carriageway shall be closed.
ii. All necessary pre-cautionary measure would be taken up by you at
site to avoid any mishap during the execution of work.
iii. The work may be taken in hand under the supervision of the Sub
Divisional Officer Provincial Highway Sub Division Lahore.
iv. As and when required you have to remove the cable as desired by
this office without any litigation in any court of Pakistan or any
refund claim.

v. No refund claim will be made or entertained by this office, if after
depositing the required amount by you , this office does not issues
any NOC for the subject matter.
vi. No litigation claim at any time will be made with this office for
claim refund during or after the expiry of this NOC.
vii. NOC will be valid only for the year 2012-13 and fresh NOC has to
be sought during next financial year.

viii. You will not dismantle the tuff pavers laid by highway department
on portions between drain and road edge. In case you dismantled
the tuff pavers, your NOC will be immediately canceled. You will
not claim any kind of refund on account of deposit charges. Nor do
any kinds of litigation will be made against the department or this
office within any court of Pakistan and any office of Ombudsman.
ix. In case the pakka portion of road gets damaged at any stage during
execution of work by your staff, then separate charges will be
demanded by you for restoration including Penalty and NOC will
be cancelled immediately.
x. You will have to complete this work within 30 days after issuance
of this NOC.
xi. The NOC will be cancelled any time without assigning any reason
and without informing you office
xii. This NOC confirms only to the ROW which belongs to Punjab
Highway Department.
