After Payment Detail and Approval

Payment
a. The buyer will open an irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit for the sellers
account amounting USD 30000 through the seller banker Standard Chartered Bank,
Yogyakarta
b. The opening of that Letter of Credit will be done at the latest of November 1st 2016
c. The payment will be effective againts presentation the following freight document by
the seller to the negotiating bank in triplicate and three non-negotiable copies of them
should at the notified adress. The said shiping document are :
i.
Full set clean on board ocean bills of lading
ii.
Signed commercial invoice
iii.
Inspection certificate issue by the surveyor appointed by the buyer
iv.
Manufacture certificate issue by seller
v.
Certificate of origin issued by the sellers minister of trade

Special Condition
a. Shipment other than in container is not allowed

Other Condition
The buyer will nominate surveyor at the two latest seven days before shipment. In
case of failure, the certificate of manufacture issued by the seller will be final.
