Today, October 28, 2016, will be recorded in history as the day politicians
came together to change the politics and pace of development in Kenya.
When I started the Maendeleo Chap Chap paradigm that showed it is
possible to have speedy and quality development, I did not envision that
we would have a national party based on that ideology. However, it is
NOW clear, God has his plans for our country and today I am standing
among political aspirants of Maendeleo Chap Chap Party - Kweli,
INAWEZEKANA na ITAWEZEKANA.
Some of you, like myself, are in other political parties but know that you
require a new, fair and better vehicle for your re-election next year. That
is our democratic right. Others are looking at unseating elected officials
and becoming part of the change we need in our country. All of us have a
home in this democratic and national party. We will be victorious because
INAWEZEKANA na ITAWEZEKANA.
My brothers and sisters, you have all come from many corners of this
country. It is so heart warming to see that each county has aspirants for
various seats. From as far north as Mandera to Kwale in the South, the
Western borders of Busia to the Eastern corners of Garissa, from the
highlands of the Mt. Kenya region to the plains of Makueni and Taveta,
Maendeleo Chap Chap has attracted serious aspirants who will campaign
and win seats in the next elections of Aug, 2017.
But what is Maendeleo Chap Chap?
Maendeleo Chap Chap Party is a Democratic Party based on Social
Libertarian principles of equality, economic growth, peace, stability,
fairness, personal and community growth, integrity, rolling back poverty
and transforming our country to be a first world nation through speedy,
chap chap development. This ideology is founded on the reality that we
have one life - your life is not a rehearsal. Therefore, you need to have
quality life - a good life while alive. The party manifesto is based on the
practical cry that if others can do it, so can we and that if it can be done,
it will be done - INAWEZEKANA na ITAWEZEKANA.
This is a party by the people and for the people - young and old, women
and men. It is a party that cares. A party that cares about employment for
our youth; a party that cares about tarmac roads for every village; a party

that cares about first class health care for our people; a party that cares
about food and proper shelter for all Kenyans; a party that cares about
taking care of basics - clean water for all our homes, security that allows
us to work for 24 hours and a party that cares about how our resources
are used. It is a party that cares, but not just through words but through
action. This a party that will change Kenya and make it the great country
it is supposed to have been a long time ago.
INAWEZEKANA na ITAWEZEKANA.
The party symbol of the party is a road - a highway. You cannot develop,
move from one point to another without a road. All KENYANS wants roads
and not just ordinary roads - they want tarmac roads - the Maendeleo
Chap Chap Party Road - BARABARA YA MAENDELEO.
From today, the party will embark on setting up structures - from every
polling station to national offices. You will all be involved in the process.
In the next general elections of August 2017, the party will field
candidates for the seats of Governor, Senator, MPs and MCAs, all over the
country. The party will support its candidates with materials, financial
support, equipment and other necessary campaigning support to ensure
victory. Let us go and sweep this nation and paint it MCC - MAENDELEO
CHAP CHAP.
For the forthcoming 2017 elections, the party will not field a presidential
candidate but will field a presidential candidate in other elections,
including the 2022 general elections - INAWEZEKANA na ITAWEZEKANA.
I invite all politicians who are seeking a fair, organized and victorious
party to become a member of MCC. I also invite all those who want to
volunteer for the party to avail themselves. We are a democratic Party.
I call upon all of you to go back and spread the gospel of Maendeleo Chap
Chap Party to all villages, all sub locations, locations, wards,
constituencies and counties. Do not wait for materials, be innovative - go,
go, go. Let us create a tsunami wave.
Take the message to churches, mosques, colleges, youth groups, women
groups, community meetings, markets and every corner of our country.
Open offices, recruit members, starting with all of your relatives and
friends and even your enemies. Let every lip in this country utter the
words Maendeleo Chap Chap. Let every heart own Maendeleo Chap Chap
and every person embrace Maendeleo Chap Chap Party - the people's

party.

Let us all stand and in unison say Maendeleo Chap Chap - inawezekana na
Itawezekana.
