Throughout Molly Nece’s career,she always enj oyed working in higher

education and inspiring students,staff and faculty through her engaging

learn,and continue to stay focused and take action on their goals!People have
said that “there is no need for coffee when Molly is around, ” while others say
“her message is for anyone at a crossroads in his or her life as well as to those
who want further motivation to continue on the path to greatness.”

appearances and puppet shows are a symbol of her dedication to those in
Pre-K to 2nd grade. Having a five year old son and an elementary education

Tracy Davidson has spent 25years in the media industry focused on
reporting news and headlines that are relevant to all of us. She has
always been passionate about consumer news and dedicating much of
her personal time to help make the Delaware Valley a better place to
live and thrive.

Her career began as a radio host at several small stations in Upstate

NY and then moved into television as a News Anchor at a CBS affiliate
also in NY. Tracy has since become a five-time Emmy award- winning
News Anchor and Consumer reporter for NBC TV10News.
In 2008,she was awarded the very prestigious “Best News Anchor”
Emmy for the Mid- Atlantic Region and currently sits on the Board of
Directors for the March of Dimes. She was awarded the Sister Mary
Vera award for her support and dedication to the women and children
of Vera-House. She was honored by another domestic violence shelter,
Laurel House,for her work and support of the non- profit organization,
and is a staunch supporter of the fight against breast cancer as her
Mother is a survivor.
Tracy continues to support her passion for helping consumers by
creating and attending events such as “The Great Shredder Event”,
“The Money School”,small business seminars,DTV Transition help
clinics,Phone Banks,and “Get a Job” events. These events are attended
by thousands of people j ust like you and me every year because we
find them informative and important.

In addition to her regular news segments that help consumers to make

better financial decisions,she also hosts a half- hour show every
Wednesday from 5: 30-
6PM called “Survive and Thrive.” The show was
started in response to the recession and covers a variety of topics like
budgeting,landing a j ob,refinancing,and saving money.

Tracy also launched her own website,tracydavidson.com to serve as

an online resource for consumer information. She posts important
consumer news headlines,video segments from NBC10,information
on dealing with safety recalls,and much more.

Tracy Davidson is an accomplished News Anchor that works and lives

every day to keep each of us informed on the consumer issues that are
relevant and important during these tough economic times. She
subscribes to a philosophy that centers on staying grounded on the
issues that we all face and then delivering content that can help us all
make better decisions. The Delaware Valley is a better place to live and
work because of the work that she has done throughout the years.

She has completed a religious studies certificate degree at St. Charles

Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood,PA and is currently working on a
graduate degree in Pastoral Counseling at Chestnut Hill College.

Dave Magrogan attributes much of his success to living a Rhino's life—
jumping in full steam ahead and in a short period of time,
accomplishing his set goals. Because of his success and his ability to
motivate others,Dave enj oys training thousands of others in how to
put into action his Rhino Living philosophy—including his 900 staff
members. Do nothing small and make an audacious impact!

Through his Rhino Living Training Group,co- owned with Molly Nece,
thousands of people have been able to clear their mental clutter,set

40” in 2007 and by the Chester County Chamber of Business and
Industry as its 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year. He also received the
Small Business Administration Entrepreneurial Success Award for
2008,and his company was rank number 26 in Philadelphia’s Fastest

Although Dr. Dave got his start in the chiropractic industry,he always
had a passion for restaurants. He is the owner of the famous
Kildares Irish Pub,Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House,Mas
Mexicali Cantina,and Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar.
He also helped Pat Croce launch his Rum Barrel restaurant
in Key West and is co- owner of the Southeastern PA
division of Two Men and a Truck moving company. Dave’s
ultimate goal is to open 25restaurants by 2012and leave a
legacy of ‘Give. Love. Serve.'

Magrogan is the father of two daughters and a son. He resides in the

With an educational and professional grounding in Human services and Counseling
Psychology,Ashley Blaire Cook is pursuing her dream and natural talents as an
entrepreneur,a leader,and an advocate for empowering the Philadelphia area’s
“successful” woman.

After a few successful years of working as a psychotherapist in the mental health

and substance abuse service industry,Cook committed to a dramatic career
transition in 2008by assuming her role as the Editor-in-

print woman’s magazine created in 2007 by Silver Marketing Group,LLC ( SMG) .
Before resigning to become more active in other aspects of the publishing business
and to launch her own company,Cook continued on with SMG,successfully

Nancy Boudrie is a Reiki master and teacher,a certified meditation

instructor and practitioner and the owner of Awaken With Light,Inc. in
Downingtown,Pennsylvania. She is committed to enhancing the
quality of life in others by illuminating the path to self-discovery,
wellness and positive living.

Specifically,she offers meditation classes and training,Reiki sessions

and instruction,and specialized workshops. She is also a sought after
speaker for mindfulness and wellness topics and the creator of
Awaken with Light: Welcome I nner Balance, a visually guided
meditation CD.

Her passion and goal is to help clients to connect to the power within
in order to learn how to bring a better sense of peace and balance to

Nancy began to realize her spiritual path of enlightenment as she was

Molly Nece, “Chasing Stars in the Sunshine”
Molly will show us how we can apply her Five P’s to Chasing Stars to our daily life. The Five P’s are what
has allowed Molly to launch three companies in three years, publish four books, while still working
fulltime, and being a good wife and mother. In this session she will share with us how she was able to
chase stars while living in the sunshine. In other words, she will equip us with the success strategies
needed to live our dreams and enjoy the journey! Be challenged to look deep inside and discover how
you want to live your legacy to the nth degree!

Tracy Davidson, “Choosing Happiness at Work”
Sometimes it feels like balls are coming at our heads from all directions.  Sometimes we feel stuck and
unfullfilled. Sometimes we dread the day ahead.   But we spend the bulk of our life at work, so why
would we want to be disgruntled or feel trapped?  Tracy wants women to realize how empowered they
are when it comes to how they spend their days.  We often feel powerless and that we have no control,
but Tracy is here to say, “We have more control than we think!” She’ll share with us strategies and
perspectives on how we can choose happiness at work.

Ashley Cook, “You're On Your Way. Accepting Who You Are Today.”
It’s the battle of “I want” vs. “I can’t.” “I want” puts you on your way, but “I can’t” limits the
possibilities. Ashley will walk us through the leap from where we came from and help us view failure
as progress. Where we want to be is not necessarily where we need to be. Acceptance is progress in
itself. Learn how to fully commit ourselves and our goals, and we cannot fail. She will share with us
what it means to commit to ourselves and our goals and what it means to let go.

Nancy Boundrie, “A Sunshine Meditation”
The power to achieve your dreams lies within you alone, and meditation is the path to connect with
your inner strength. Mindfulness is a physical and spiritual tool that clears mental chatter and
cobwebs, repels fear and skepticism and supports decisiveness and determination.  Attendees will
learn the proven health benefits of meditation, breathing techniques that allow clarity and focus and
tips to starting and sustaining a meditation practice. Participants will also experience a
mini-meditation. Peace does not mean separation from anxiety, hard work or noise. It means to be in
the midst of conflict while remaining calm in your heart.

Leslie Padilla, “Serendipity Demystified”
Serendipity, coincidence, power of the universe… call it what you may. The point is to stay focused and
follow your gut professionally and personally. Every chess move in the game of life is a test of
intuition. Identify and prioritize personal values, and when they are unmet or offended, walk away.
Leslie will help you create our own destiny with measurable strategies and actions to clarify a "good
partnership." Serendipity is our way to pay it forward, love our work, and be successful.

Dave Magrogan, “Magrogan’s Method to Rapid Goal Achievement”
How much time did you spend planning for your last holiday party? How much time have you spent
planning your success in 2010? Most people’s answer to the first question is "hours and hours" ... and
the second question, "practically nothing." What would happen if we spent as much time planning our
upcoming year as we did planning our last holiday party? There's nothing wrong with sharing a great
time with the people we love, but spending time working on our goals, our future plans for ourselves
and our family, and the success we want to achieve, is truly the best gift we can give ourselves and

Proper image management is the ongoing process of evaluating and controlling the effect of your
image, first on yourself, and then on others. Your image is the result of a cyclical process that
involves the way you think and feel about yourself, which affects the way you dress and groom
yourself, in turn affecting the way you behave, followed by the ways others react to you, which then
affects the way you think and feel about yourself. You can manage this image cycle by learning about
the universal elements of image in order to make your image work for you!
