Associated Ship Management Offers crew outsourcing services to ship-owners with a
wide variety of crew trained extensively in a wide variety of ship types. In terms of Ship types
ASM has crew trained for operations on commercial cargo, LPG, Bunker fuel tankers, Crude
oil tankers, ore and metals transport vessels.
In terms of crew ranks and specialization Associated Ship Management offers
deck and engine crews, deck crews are composed of deck ratings, which are stewards,
cooks, ordinary seafarers, able seamen, and officers, third mate chief mate and captains.
Engine crews are composed of engine ratings; oilers, welders, wipers and engine officers,
3rd engineer, 2nd engineer and chief mate

Associated Ship Management was established in the year 2002 by Alberto
Gomez, Nenelita Gomez and a German business partner with Alberto Gomez and
Nenelita Gomez holding controlling shares of the company, the plan for ASM was drafted
in 1993 and originally ran as a cadet training program before full incorporation, seeing
the quality and value of Filipino seafarers the Germans decided to avail of more services
and likewise ASM had to expand and into what it is today to meet the growing demand.
