Summary
Real estate activity in Manhattan Beach during September produced a 20.2% increase in the median sales price and a 17.9%
drop in the median days to sell. During this period of time total sales shrunk 2.6% while nets listings fell 2.3%. Year-over-year
the months of inventory metric held constant at 3.0.
