Networkprovider.
3.AftertenunsuccessfulattemptstoinputthePUKcode,theSIMcardwillbepermanently
disabled.
4.OncetheSIMcardispermanentlydisabledyouwillneedtocontactrelevantbodytopurchase
aNewSIMcard.
WhatshouldIdowhenexperiencingReceptionIssues?
1.Poorqualityofcalls:Pleasecheckifthevolumeofthedeviceisadjustedtoanacceptable
comfortablelevel.
2.Whenthedeviceisusedintheareaswithpoorsignal,e.g.nearthehighbuildingsorin
basements,thecallqualitymaybeaffectedadversely.
3.Whenthisdeviceisusedinahighcallintensityperiod,liketherushhours,callfailuremaybe
causedbynetworkcongestion
4.Standbytimeisreduced,Standbytimeisrelatedtothesystemsettingofnetwork,itmaybe
thatthephoneisusedinanareawithpoorsignal.Wherethereispoorsignal,thephonewill
constantlyattempttocommunicatebysearchingforbasestationsignalandbatterylosecharge
quicker,hencethestandbytimeisreduced.
AfterarecentcallonafollowingcallIcouldnothearanythingthroughtheheadsetor
speaker.
Checkthatbyaccidentduringtheprecedingcallyouhavenotpressedthemutebuttononthe
keyboard.
Pressthevolumeupbuttontoensurethevolumeisatanadequatelevel.
