Jurors:
As to your question regarding a lack of unanimous consensus
on some counts, please consider the following:
As noted in your
instructions, you are to consider each count as to each Defendant
separately.
Thus, if you have reached a unanimous decision on a
count as to a particular Defendant, your deliberations are
concluded as to that Count.
On the other hand, if you are unable
to reach a unanimous verdict on a separate count and you are
satisfied that additional deliberations will not change that
status, then your Presiding Juror should report that to the Court
in writing, and I will then give you further instructions.
