The Mission of the Month for June is Christian Education
and Vacation Bible School. Please keep these ministries in
your prayers. If you would like to help or give a donation to
Vacation Bible School please see Melanie Richman. Please let
Pastor Julia know if you can volunteer for Sunday School
and/or Junior Church this year or next! It is never too early
to let us know you want to be involved.
Become a stockholder in Mission for the Lord in
Hurricane West Virginia. It is not too late to invest in our
youth who are going to West Virginia. Stocks are $25 each
and you can purchase more than one! See Dana or Pastor
Julia to participate. We also need people to be willing to
pray for our youth and leaders while they are in WV.
Join us for a prayer time every Sunday morning before
church at 9:20am. We pray for what will happen in our
worship and ask the Lord to send his Holy Spirit upon us.
Please join us in praying for revival and renewal in our lives,
our church and our land.
There are 8 assisted listening devices available for people to
better hear the worship service. They are located in a
basket in the narthex. Please return the devices to the
basket at the conclusion of worship. CD copies of our
worship service are available every Sunday in the narthex.

Today is Children’s Day! A covered dish picnic will be held
right after worship service. There will also be a softball
game after the picnic across the street. If you are

Stir It Up will meet tonight, 6 pm at Pastor Julia’s home.
Please bring a side dish for the BBQ. Finish reading Let Go
and choose your favorite chapter to discuss.
The next Ladies Luncheon will be held tomorrow, June 14th
12 noon at the Swedesboro Diner. For more information or

Annual Anthemfest will be held next Sunday, June 20th
during 10 am worship. Join us and invite a friend for this
wonderful time of music and worship! The choir will sing
their favorite anthems of the past year.
If you know of anyone who is graduating please give this
information to Melanie Richman as soon as possible.
Supplies Needed! We are in need of some supplies (tools
and safety gear) for the upcoming Youth Mission Trip to
Hurricane, West Virginia. A list of needed supplies will be
included in the bulletin shortly. You can also make a cash
donation so that we can purchase supplies as well. Just place
the donation in a pew envelope and mark it "Hurricane Trip".

Gardening for God 2010 Season…We have already started
harvesting and distributing some of our vegetables! We
have most of the planting done but with this hot weather
there is a need to keep plenty of water on the garden. Your
help is needed! There are sign up sheets in the narthex for
planting, harvesting, weeding, watering, and distribution.

The flowers this morning are presented in loving memory of
Betty Gardner and Eleanor Mercado.
Vacation Bible School will soon be here and this year our
church will be jumping with excitement as we have a
Fiesta! The Fiesta program will provide fun and memorable
Bible learning activities for kids of all ages. Fiesta Crews
gather at Sing & Play Ole to sing and do fun motions to
upbeat Bible songs that will introduce kids to the concepts
they will be learning that day. The Fiesta crews will visit
five different Fiesta Stations including Maraca Munchies,
Hot Bible Adventures, Cactus Crafts, Grande Games and
meet Chadder Chipmunk on video! The children will also work
on a special project they’ll create during craft time. It is a
mission project that allows them to impact needy children in
Ecuador! If you are interested in being a station or crew
leader please sign up in the narthex. VBS is being held from
6:20 pm – 8:50 pm, July 12 -16 and registration forms are
now available in the narthex. Why not invite a friend, or
two…
We are beginning to think about summer activities for the
Kids’ Klub. If you would like to volunteer you can sign up to
teach card making, sewing, baking, soccer, baseball, crafts,
gardening, music, drama, story telling...you name it! Please
see Pastor Julia. It will be from 10:30 – 12 pm and the dates
available are July 1st, 15th, 29th, and August 5th, 12th. You can
choose a date that fits your schedule. Preschool children
and parents are also invited! Our first meeting will be next
Saturday, June 19th 10:00 am at the Myerwood Farm.
Join us as we learn about a dairy farm and maybe take a
hayride! RSVP to Melanie.
Annual Fall Retreat: Join us as we take some time away in
the midst of our busy schedules to renew our walk with the
Lord and our relationships with one another. Our Fall
Retreat this year is scheduled for October 22nd-24th at
the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn in Bird-in-Hand, PA. We
will be learning about the “plain” life and living with
straightforward faith in a complicated world. Please plan on
joining us for this time of spiritual growth and fellowship.
Children and teens are also welcome. Cost for them is $20
each, over 17 pays as an adult. If youth want an adult rather
than child’s dinner the cost is $30. Cost per adult is $150.
Please sign up with Bob Moore and pay your deposit of $25
per person as soon as possible (children/teens are a $5
deposit). If you have not made your initial deposit please
see Bob ASAP. Additional deposits will be due the end of
June, of $25 each. The final payment of $75 each will be
due in the middle of September.

 99 Days of Fitness Calling all people…
